Nope shes prob. the opposite of that. I remember reading on the forum a while back where someone confirmed that she isn't beautiful through an interview from oda.

I think she was an marine. Somehow marines betrayed her/casted her away and now that's why dragon is trying to challenge the world government for his loss.

+ we've seen how dragon cares about luffy:

- He saved his life at Loguetown
- Mentioned that Luffy is no longer a kid, whilst finding out that luffy went to marineford.
- Thanked Ivankov for helping luffy out.
- Also his rare appearances stating that don't worry my son we shall meet once more . Thats emotional sh*t right there!!

I don't think he really "cares" for him. All we've seen is a somewhat mutual relationship between father & son. Since I don't think he'd do what WB did for Ace if Luffy was in his position.
