I reckon that it's gonna be an extremely stronger Gear 2nd (much faster blood pumping)+full body haki+full body red hawk.

Now there is an idea, that could actually be it.

It's a combination of both speed and strength as well as the air from gear 3rd and the intensity of gear 2nd

Bull body armament is a skill open to anyone. Luffy may be able to use it, we don't know. But it's not a part of a gear technique. Other people can use it too

I thought I was the only one who noticed that both the "Gear" and the "?!" speech bubbles both looked they were coming from Doffy, but his mouth was closed so

Yeah, but probably not important to draw Doffy's mouth saying it as mouth open. Maybe?

I dunno, I thought it was a rule of manga/comics for characters' mouths to be open when they speak, but I could be wrong.

OK. Another question. Do you think Armament Haki is needed for Gear4? Assuming Gear4 by itself is powerful enough and if Armament Haki was used it will power up Gear4 further, right?

Not sure. I have a feeling Gear 4 is a manifestation of either Haoshoku or Busoshoku Haki to some higher level.
