In Luffy's defense that was base form whip that sent him flying. In Trebol's defense, that kick did no damage to him.
As a logia, if he never got up from that attack, then he shouldn't be in the new world.

The kick had Haki in it, so it wasn't base.In Luffy's defense that was base form whip that sent him flying.

That doesn't mean anything if it's not covered black harden Haki. The kick had Haki in it, so it wasn't base.
The invisible variant of Haki also boosts your strength, not just Koka. Koka boosts it more. Luffy used the invisible variant of Haki to damage the Pacifista and Rayleigh used the invisible variant to knock out the elephant. That doesn't mean anything if it's not covered black harden Haki.
Haki is used to grab matter, not increase your physical strength.
That moment when you remember that same attack from a Pre TS Luffy actually damaged Crocodile. In Luffy's defense that was base form whip that sent him flying.
As a logia, if he never got up from that attack, then he shouldn't be in the new world.
I thought there's a difference in the one luffy used and the other Rayleigh used. The invisible variant of Haki also boosts your strength, not just Koka. Koka boosts it more. Luffy used the invisible variant of Haki to damage the Pacifista and Rayleigh used the invisible variant to knock out the elephant.
I didn't mean your physical strength. Like, equipping Haki won't let you go from not being able to lift 700 tons to bench pressing a ton. I meant it increases the strength of your blow, it enhances it greater than it would have beenI thought there's a difference in the one luffy used and the other Rayleigh used.
Considering that luffy made contact and all.
Haki doesn't boost your physical strength, but your generalize attack/weapon.
Otherwise Trebol would of died.
Do you have the scan of Rayleigh explaining Haki?
Yet brilliant Punk didn't kill him. That moment when you remember that same attack from a Pre TS Luffy actually damaged Crocodile.
Yet Luffy's Bazooka did the same amount of damage as Brilliant Punk. Clearly Jozu was going easy on Croc.Yet brilliant Punk didn't kill him.
You need to re-evaluate the whole situation again and add in factors which lead up to it.

What an assumption you got going on there.Yet Luffy's Bazooka did the same amount of damage as Brilliant Punk. Clearly Jozu was going easy on Croc.
Do you have the scan?
I need to read something
Okay I was right. You must be registered for see images
All you need to see.
No, you were not right. A kick with Haki lacing the leg is gonna hurt more than a kick without Haki, hence why the armor results in stronger attacks. If the punch or kick is laced in Haki, it's not a base attack.Okay I was right.
It does strengthen your generalize attacks/weapon.
But what about when punching a logia and not thrusting haki?
I mean you saw the series of base punches luffy was beating Cesar clown with before passing out from no air right?
Well it took Koka Haki to break his face in.
Why is that so?
I always figured that a single punch from regular Haki luffy, was just a regular base hit.
Only that Haki allowed him to touch the matter, the rest being his strength.

^^I was right, Haki strengthens your general attacks/weapons.Haki doesn't boost your physical strength, but your generalize attack/weapon.

The fact of the matter is, a kick without Haki is inferior to a kick with Haki. Because Haki enhanced the kick, it was not a base kick.^^I was right, Haki strengthens your general attacks/weapons.
I don't think you understand the question I'm asking, so I'm gonna just leave everything else the way it is and re-read the chapter.
Why would Jozu waste all of his energy squashing a bug? Jozu going all out gave Aokiji less damage than Croc received from a Jozu that was going easy on Croc imo. Please provide me with another logical explanation for how Luffy did an equal amount of damage to Croc as Jozu did. Besides, Croc still took more damage from a kick from Pre TS Luffy than Trebol did from a Post TS Luffy's kick. What an assumption you got going on there.
Not only did you give me your baseless assumption, but you also neglected the fact that Jozu had no reason to hold back.
I guess that means Jozu held back on Akoji too?
Since they both received equal damage.
Clearly you don't know what you're talking about.
Please, go home...
