I realized scarlet jo has the sexiest voice ever when I saw that movie called " Her " when she was the voice of a computer, they guy indeed up falling in love with the computer or rather scarlet voice.

Well as far as taking drugs goes it's the same start from that stand point but he couldn't manipulate time or matter or control gravity or use telepathy or telekinesis nor was he virtually potentially omniscient like she is

I know that there are some differences when it comes to what happens (otherwise they wouldn't be different films lol) but when you get down too it they pretty much are the same thing. A person takes a drug that enables them to unlock "100%" of their brain, giving them unique abilities that exceed a normal human's capabilities. They get involved with the wrong people, are on the run, and you have a movie.

They get involved with the wrong people, are on the run, and you have a movie.

Again he couldn't do anything she can do so that's a big difference to how different the movies are. The taking of drugs is the only thing they have in common and unlike him she isn't running from anyone but trying to get to the ones who put the drugs in her.

The fact that she has abilities and not just increased thinking speed like he did then its extremely different. Manipulating time and matter is something of Marvel characters do he wasn't doing nothing like that so her movie is wildly different and better just because of what she can do.

She is like omega level mutants level but slightly less and potentially more powerful due to potential omniscience.

Certain parts get more activity than others because of the enormous energy requirement of your brain. Frontal cortex gets most activity, while your hind brain is essentially on autopilot.

You're missing it, people only use 10% at a given time on average because that's all that is required for the most part. Well she is using the whole 100% all at once which no one in the real world does. However I do not believe we would be doing what she can do if we had all access but we would all be ridiculously geniuses and I do think if we could unlock the other 90% to our genetic code we would have untold knowledge of our origin and possibly the universe and our creator.

This is exactly what I was going to say. The biggest difference other than their abilities is he took the pills on purpose and she appears to be apart of some experiment unwillingly. Otherwise, same premise, same plot more than likely, same ending.
