Lucky Roo appeared behind the dude out of nowhere and nobody even noticed him. Do you think that's a speed feat or not?

I find it quite hard to believe that he's fast. I think some dude posted something about Oda saying he's the fastest guy in OP. (without any DF)

Yeah Oda stated that Lucky Roo was the fastest One piece character. This was before Kizaru was introduced though. I thought it was a joke.

I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't notice someone like Lucky Roo just walking up to a dude and shooting him.

It would be impossible for him to have walked up and put a gun to his head without any of the other bandits pointing it out. In a high stakes moment there is no way you can get too focuses on one guy.

Which means in a relatively quick time he just got up beside him.

I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't notice someone like Lucky Roo just walking up to a dude and shooting him.

He can't be fastest unless he has a devil fruit and without it there should be many stronger characters faster than him. I think him being fastest was a rumor, much like Kaido punching Shanks, since I haven't seen any evidence of it. Lucky Roo is probably faster than current Luffy though.

Oda was prob. talking about his base speed. IMO I think the big names in Shank's crew have intense haki/speed. We already saw how f*cking Benn Beckman was in MF. He got on top of another ship before his own ship even reached MF. It could be possible he hopped on it from the start.

No one knows how Lucky Roo got way beside that pirate without being noticed. It's fair to say that Speed and Teleport as Devil's Fruits they both exist. You can forget about Lucky Roo. It will take a long long while until he makes a presence in far far next arc.

I think he probably is pretty fast compared to non DF eaters for 2 reasons, he's in Shanks' crew and you gotta be top class to be there and because of techniques like Sanji and CP-9. He probably is really good at doing that walk move.
