Appearance
Lucifer's appearance is very impressive, largely thanks to his exposure to the Sea of Life, in the form of violet light emanating from him on occasion. Formerly a user of the Mysterious Peacock Method prior to becoming a Child of Tiamat, he no longer has access to its powers. As a Child of Tiamat he bears three pairs of wings, one of which is darkened. Dressed in decorative golden armor with partially exposed chest, golden boots and skirt-like cloth wrapped around his waist. His hair is silver, but his complexion is pale, with orange lips and eye shadow. His head adorned with a pair of bull-like horns. This is his standard form, how he appears in most situations, however it's not his only form due to his genetic makeup as a Child of Tiamat, he has another more demonic appearing form he can choose to adopt. In this form Lucifer gains a large amount of muscle mass, and grows considerably larger standing at around 11 feet tall. His skin becomes a deep grey colour and is stretched like granite across his huge frame, his horns are reshaped and he appears far more physically imposing and clearly non human in this form.
Personality
Lucifer has a complex personality, due to the genetic material contained in the sea of life that has altered his body, though regardless of the apparent shifting in personality this can cause, he retains several core values. He is honorable to a fault, if he believes the person he is engaged with is also honourable. He will avoid lying directly to anyone, but that doesn't mean he isn't a trickster, in fact not lying is simply a game in most cases, in which he will manipulate someone with the truth, a distorted one. His most notable core truth is a deep hatred for chakra users of any kind, believing that these alien gifts are an affront to the mother of life Tiamat. Lucifer seeks to return the world to a state before chakra, though he is rarely open about his goals and trusts very few with this information. The more Lucifer travelled the world the more he began to sympathise with humanity, even championing it's defense at times, this however has not made him blind to their flaws and Lucifer will punish what he percieves as evil with little mercy..

Background Information
His ears rang with the voices of the many, his eyes were glazed over as he saw an endless squall of sights, faces flooded the foray of his mind, it was hard to drag it all together, the man had no idea how he got here, he remembered the rushing of the waves then darkness, burning, rebirth. The rest was a mystery waiting to be revealed.
How long had it been since he awakened, Lucifer had lost count of the days that he had travelled amongst the humans, his goals had changed over such a period of time as new information presented itself. Tiamat was bound in the void, driven mad by some outside influence, a crime against the creator of life could not simply be overlooked by her child and even now Lucifer did whatever he could to set things right.
His time amongst the humans had been shaky, but he met some who were truly interesting, Solomon an ancient king cryptic and stoic, Ozymandias bold and self assured in his power, Merlin enigmatic and cunning. These people much like himself were not entirely human in different regards, they had powers beyond humanity, but none compared to the child. God, that's what the humans called him, the child who cured the red fever and his caretaker, the both of them relentlessly pursued by a twisted cult who claimed to be dedicated to Tiamat, Lucifer had his doubts about this however.
Though the god child was not the most shocking discovery made by Lucifer, led by a mysterious voice and a strange relic the child of Tiamat discovered the Sentinel's home, a race borne of Tiamat that lived deep below the ocean, their goals unknown, what was known however is that they advanced with terrifying speed through a growth process that took humans millenia.

Sea of Life: Due to his exposure to the Sea of Life, Lucifer's body has several unique traits as mentioned in his appearance, however the Sea of Life grants more than mere cosmetics. Lucifer's powers include possessing a unique form of sensory awareness, allowing him to detect living beings within the same landmark by detecting their life force. It is impossible to conceal one’s own life force from a Child of Tiamat regardless of method or skill. Through his connection to the Sea of Life, Lucifer has augmented physical vitality, his maximum health reserves have been increased by 100 points and all critical damage done to him is reduced by 30%. Lucifer has access to the Sea of Life and its unique Jutsu set, a powerful skill, superior to many other forms of power.
Advanced Uzumaki Clan Member: Lucifer's previous life before becoming born again from Tiamat's Sea of Life saw him born to the Uzumaki clan famed for their skill in fuuinjutsu, making him even more impressive as a Child of Tiamat. Because of his background, the chakra of Lucifer is stronger than that of ordinary shinobi. As a result he gains an additional 700 chakra and has access to the clans powerful fuuinjutsu chains.
