Lucid Dreaming

Has anyone here heard of or experienced lucid dreaming? If so would you mind sharing your experience? I've been practicing how to do this for about a month and i'm getting pretty good at it, if you are interested in how to do it i can help you. It's an escape to a new world which you "can" create (with more practice, i can't create worlds yet.)

Just as a quick look into my lucid dreaming experiences, my very first lucid dream i teleported to a different planet and almost got eaten by some 4 eyed demon space dogs before i teleported back to earth, sounds funny i know but its real, i didn't believe at first but trust me it works. =D

I lucid dream almost every night. It's fun.

I am really into it, though it takes time to get it going, and that puts most people off. Mine never last long though, when I have them.

I flew last night matter of fact, i didnt want to be where i was in the dream anymore so i just left lol

The key to lucid dreaming is realizing you're dreaming in your dream (sounds weird i know) but once you get that down its awesome, i can lucid dream at will now when i sleep, only thing is it never starts as a lucid dream i always realize im dreaming when something stupid happens then i take control of my dream and do what i want. i would give tips but i don't want to type this long explanation for no reason but if somebody needs help i got you. =)

That's exactly what it means once you master it its amazing, my trigger is i will mention to myself "Oh hey this is my dream i can do what i want" then from then on bam i can control it.
