Drake was an Rear Admiral level when he left to become a Pirate and we may not know how long was that it could have been say 5 Years ago you dont know how stronger he became
He was shown to be able to take out an Pacifist by himself and has an interesting Zoan
By being an admiral level he has an Haki type so that can factor in the battle
He was one of the Supernovas i believe that were at/or around luffy strength

I say Drake. Can't remember her name, but the lady who runs the Rip Off Shack with Rayleigh said that all of the Supernovas have experienced similar challenges to the Strawhats. Since Drake is one of the stronger fighters of the Supernovas, I'd think he got through his challenges through battle, and not necessarily trickery and running away like I'd imagine Bonney and Capone doing. So, based on portrayal, I say Drake.
