I know we haven't seen post time skip Lucci, but try imagining Rob Lucci with Observation and Armament Haki
and is at least as proficient with it as Zoro and Sanji

I imagine him at least making Law's level of progress.

If that Lucci fought Doflamingo who do you think would win.

Imagining Lucci with Haki makes no difference. You need to tell us the level of his Haki too. He could be as fodder as Tashigi, he could also be as strong as a Yonkou. Tell us the details and you'll have an answer.

When we consider Lucci, even among cp9 he was far better than all others...
His Haki should be M3's level...

Lucci was around Luffy's level just prior to Marineford. At that time, Luffy was nothing to Doflamingo fight wise.


Lucci also hasn't had someone like Rayleigh training him constantly in a high risk zone for 2 years (well Luffy being there 2 years). I don't see how he'd garner the level to be matching Luffy so far... and Doflamingo is still probably stronger in a one on one sense.

Luffy would've died 100 times over if not for his being rubber, everybody of importance has gotten stronger these past 2 years. Smoker, Tashigi, Law, and all the Supernovas. Its not to hard to thing Lucci made similar progress.

... Lucci was never VA. If he was, he would have no problem beating the entire Strawhats pre timeskip.

OT: Lucci is not winning this match up. Current Luffy who most likely has a greater growth rate than Lucci is weaker than Doflamingo
