Err,..Fire is the rapid oxidation of a combustible material releasing heat, light, and various reaction products.This element is weak in water. Fire is feed with wind elements to make it stronger, and can evaporates their weaknes, water.Fire Ninjutsu is common among Konohagakure ninja, with the Uchiha Clan being particularly proficient with its use. Fire Release ninjutsu is commonly affiliated with the Tiger hand seal.

Alright, first you throw an open flame (torch, lighter, match, etc.), and using your chakra, form it into a wall of fire, and send it somewhere (and if you know Hurricane Fist, a Fuuton jutsu, this jutsu is a great combo with that.)
