Well, I'm here for the pun mostly (the title), but hey, other than Shikamaru and Temari, Kushina and Minato, Obito/Kakashi and Rin, well, whatever, there aren't any major pairings in the series so far. Nor have ever been. I've never seen someone kissing someone else in the anime other than Sasuke and Naruto in Part I. The biggest thing I've ever seen is Sakura hugging Naruto when she lies him that Sakura loves Naruto.
Other than that, only in the fillers.

I mean, think about this:

1- Sakura doesn't love Sasuke anymore. Even if she still loves Sasuke, Sasuke doesn't give a ****.
2- Naruto loves Sakura, but Sakura doesn't.
3- Hinata loves Naruto, but all Naruto does is thank her for everything she does.
4- Looks like Rock-Lee likes Sakura a bit (Lee always talks to Sakura using "san" that means "miss" instead of "chan" that means "young girl")
Therefore, if any of these 4 (Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke and Hinata) or anyone else gets laid, then someone is going to be left alone. And that's quite unproblable in a novel/anime.
