Description: A trade within the Black Market is set to go down at midnight tonight. The buy is between Black Mask(NPC) and a rogue agent of the local police department. Heavy-grade artillery and weaponry is set to be traded; your mission is to successfully steal the artillery and add them to their inventory.

Doing the above first and having it tie into the story for the below solo mission.
2) Mission Name: Drug Delivery

Description: A shipment of medicine is en-route to Central City Hospital from Star Labs. The overall value of the medicine has been calculated to be very high, and very valuable. Various buyers on the black market are interested in acquiring the drugs in order to either resell them for a profit, or use them for their own personal purposes. Your mission is to ambush the truck, steal as many of the drugs as you can, and successfully evade capture in order to keep the drugs for themselves.

1) Just another night in Central city, streets busy, horns blowing, people trying to get home and street pharmacist trying to sell off their last batch before heading 'home'. As usual, they were the crooks and no good thugs preying on the innocent in the dark alley ways and subways. The norm in a time and era like this, with no one to help. Even the cops turn to the bad side..well most of them that is. The good ones? Not a thing they could do to a bunch of thugs with guns bigger then their own.
Most of these thugs work under the reign of a notorious street figure known only as "Black Mask". Many classify him as the God of these parts of Central city. They heard of him but never see him. But he is always there..
Black Mask was said to be some black market king pin that receive heavy artillery from foreign countries, army bases and through. He supplies most of his thugs with these weapon to protect themselves and spread the word of Black Mask, to instill fear in the heart of the city.
Now on the other hand there is Eobard Thawne. A use to be good guy that got turn to the dark side due to greed and lust. Thawne had several inside men within big places, he rival the city's King pin but was quite the opposite. You see Thawne didn't spread his name like Black mask, no no no. Thawne didn't care for the things Black Mask cared for, he had his own objectives. Bigger and better. Thawne saw the entire WORLD as his playground to rule and no one would stop him from achieving each and every one of his goal. Whoever tried to stop him would suffer..
An informant brought the news to the Reverse Flash's ear about a trade with some new stock of military artillery coming in midnight in 2 days for Black Mask. Although Thawne didn't care for these petty things he decided to make his name known to this Black Mask. He decided to thwart his trade off and demolish everything or if he likes what he sees, he'll add it to his own stock.
As Thawne arrive at the seen he quickly used his quick speed and agility to de-arm the body guards around Black mask and the other person that was doing the trade with Black Mask. After doing this, Thawne knock all of them out with a simple hit behind the head. To add insult tp injury Reverse Flash took all the boxes with the artillery one by one which took seconds due to his NSF. After, Thawne went back and stop in front of Black Mask and looked at him. He didn't need words to send a message. The Reverse Flash was coming for him...but what caught his attention was the other person that was there. He was a high ranking detective that use to work at star labs. Was he working for Black Mask?

2) The thought of that officer working for Black Mask stood out for Thawne for a long while. The following week Thawne decided to pay the officer a visit..
He found the man going home and took him in an alley way where he pushed him against a wall where 2 iron rod was sticking out. The rod punctured the officer's right and left side of his body around his shoulder. Thawne stood in front of the man who was crying out in pain. Frighten and taken by surprise by this new adversary the man asked thawne to let him go. Thawne stood there silent as ever waiting for the moment.
After a while of back and forth Thawne got the man to abide by his terms, to become his own double agent and informant. Not that he needed him but it couldn't hurt to have an inside ear. Thawne got the news of a shipment from that place coming to central city hospital. The officer mention that it would be heavily guarded due to the quantity and quality of the products. Thawne figured he could make a grand profit from these medicines.
Thawne simply waited for the ship to arrive close and raided it. One by one each guard went missing without the others even noticing it on the moving trucks. By the time the driver of the truck with the products realize all his security from the other vehicles weren't there it was too late.
He looked up to see a figure standing in front of the way his truck was going. A figure with red demonic glowing eyes. As the truck stop the man jumped out and ran for his life. Thawne simply pointed his fist forward and dash forward..

...but there Thawne was again. In front of him, stopping him with each turn he makes until Thawne finally decided to kill him off. The medicines were now his but he didn't have a way to take the entire truck to his location so he took the boxes out one by one until all were at his secret location.
