Secret Identity: Eobard Thawne

Look: Reverse Flash has a thunder bolt on the chest and tight spandex suit. Instead of a red spandex suit it is yellow, while the thunder bolt itself is red. While underneath the suit the Eobard is a rather middle aged looking man with both silver hair and red eyes.

Personality: Under his Harrison Wells façade, he is a scientific genius responsible for numerous achievements in the scientific field and had a large sense of respect from the scientific community. He is also somewhat short tempered and unstable, which can be seen quite often.

Origin Type: Science

Origin Story: After studying about speed and kinectic energy Thawne was intrige. After some years he created a machine to help him but an accident happen. The machine exploded for some reason and Thawne came out strange and different. He was able to harness the powers of a vast energy source called the Negative Speed force through the manipulation of Kinectic energy. Professor Zoom was able to create his own Negative Speed Force by generating it through kinetic energy.

History: Eobord Thawne, derange scientist hell bent on reaching his objectives no matter what the cost his. Deep down he has an alter ego that seeps out every now and again and controls him. This alter ego goes by the name of zoom and its objective is to be the fastest, to be the one and only speedster.

Power/Ability: Negative Speed Force

Description of Power: Eobard thawne or Professor Zoom was able to create his own Negative Speed Force by generating it through kinetic energy. Eobard can tap into it as normal speedsters can with the normal Speed Force and can apparently shut off their connection to the latter by "contaminating" it with negative energy. Through this, he has the ability to create multiple after images while possession the same powers of the rest of the speed force users he also has the ability to steal the speed or rather momentum of objects or another person, increasing his own speed or perhaps body in other aspects. The negative speed force grants him several other abilities such as the list below but are not lomited by only these: (Keep in mind all or most of these will be made individually into their own custom technique where they will be further explain and expanded on)

Energy Construct Creation: He discovered if he concentrated, the Speed Force could be used to create solid constructs which he used to compose his costume for example.

Steal Speed: He is able to "steal" speed and/or momentum from anyone or anything, including fast beings or Inertia effectively turning them into living statues. Also can steal speed from bullets and other fast moving objects thrown at him or at others.

Speed Force Aura: The Reverse Flash's body is surrounded by what he calls his "speed force aura". This aura protects him from the effects of using speed. With this aura, he is able to absorb kinetic energy

Regeneration: Accelerating his healing factor while using the Speed Force to sustain him, he could heal from any injury with time, without prematurely aging. He isn't able to regenerate lost limbs/body parts and/or missing organs.

Remove all mentions to other Heroes from the ability and background section. No one knows anyone so this can't really be valid.

In regards to your ability... Energy Constructs are based on your Energy rating, not the Speed rating, meaning that a low Energy rating will cause these constructs to be bested easily. Stealing Speed will only work on items of speed slower than yours and with less energy as well as this is also an Energy based attack, not Speed based. The Speed Force Aura is also energy reliant and won't grant you any additional Durability boosts. Regeneration will of course be reliant on your durability rating and "almost instantly" isn't going to be allowed. Phasing is an iffy field as molecule manipulation isn't allowed really.

I was going to approve it after edits but you don't have an Origin Story. This needs to be explained always, not that "he's a secretive individual" If you can't explain how you got your abilities, then it's not allowed. Again remove the Superman references. You also have Origin Story written twice and not History....

Again as I said above, your Speed Aura isn't granting you Durability boosts, meaning that it won't allow you to minimize damage from attacks. And your Accelerated Healing factor won't extend to regeneration of limbs or missing organs/body parts. Again, you can remove the Phasing part as it would be approved depending on the specific technique itself and not what's written here.
