In many ways he is annoying and funny, while good at what he does. Fear is a word far from him, never has he shown it despite the odds.

Origin Type: Enhanced (Magic)
Origin Story: Upon wishing on a three stars in a line order as a little boy. His wish was "You are safe, you are loved, and you are wise ponies."
History: Becoming a punching bag for other kids, defending another's choice of freedom was how Bud became a hero. Despite his very home being destructive and horrid for a young kid. He never let anyone notice that very aspect as he always addressed the world with a smile.
One day, just as his family went out to hiking, it begun to rain, so much that the family was swept down a river. Holding on to a branch, his family being saved by his leg they'd clanged on to. Still, despite that, they all climbed over him with his little sister being last, her last step pushed him into the river.
Falling through water down the as his family simply stood and watched, he slowly grins as he cries, his fall over the waterfall seemed his death, a sudden lightening strike to the water as his extra finish to kill. While as his falling to his surprise, he'd elevated, breaking his fall as he'd then fall back into the water. Looking above, the waterfall appeared to have became dry before falling again much sudden. Rushing to the clearance, he'd lived another day, so he felt the horn that had grown retracting back slowly as an erection would

Power/Ability: Full Counter is his base ability, in turn which is part of his 'Reflective-type Magic' as a whole.
Description of Powers: Full Counter enables its user to reflect attacks aimed at him, including physical and elemental, back at the enemy, but with much greater power; therefore, the stronger the opponent's powers are, the stronger the user's power becomes. However, there are also many drawbacks to Full Counter: the user cannot initiate any attacks themselves, they would not be able to reflect attacks if the opponent does not allow them to read the nature and timing of their attacks, and only Energy/enhanced-related attacks can be reflected; the ability is useless against indirect attacks, or an ordinary punch.
