Personality: It is a voracious and cruel being who seeks to eat planets teeming with life and cares nothing for its natives. Built as the ultimate predator, Neo will consume any and everything in his path; however, despite being able to consume in many differing ways, Neo has a preferred method of consuming his prey: by inducing extreme fear into his victim to pinnacle points and cornering them until all hope is lost. At this point Neo will consume his victim.
When faced against powerful beings, Neo is very careful not to see them as simply food but see them as enemies as he knows that such beings cannot be simply be consumed. Neo uses any method he can in order to face his foes.

Origin Type: Mutant
Origin Story: Neo hails from a race of monstrous beings born from the "appetite" of an unknown entity and exists to consume all that it wishes to.
History: Initially nothing more than a lone Gourmet Cell. It grew to become a weak Appetite Demon, a sentient tool to be used by an ancient race, Nitro, to apply stress to planets. Because of how weak he was, the Nitro eventually left him behind on a planet, but once free from their control, he soon began to abuse his newfound freedom. After playing around with an anthill and eating some of the insects, it learned of taste for the first time and soon after began hunting down any animal he could find, no matter how big or large it was. In time, he found his favorite taste was in the moment of his prey's death, as dopamine was released. Ergo, he'd spend days shadowing prey and increase the fear of death. He grew to such strength that it could in one month devour a gourmet paradise, which had a 40,000 km diameter and had been cultivated for millions of years, confounding the Nitro when they returned to the paradise planet. Neo began moving from planet to planet devouring them all until he arrived on Earth.

Gourmet Cells: Neo Nomu's body is infused with special, highly adaptive cells known as "gourmet cells," which endow him with a profound degree of vitality. These cells stockpile power via the ingestion of not only matter, but also other energy phenomena (e.g., light). This stockpiled power will, in turn, passively function as a means by which his physical parameters can be boosted to inhuman levels. And should his body sustain damage, these very same cells can induce bouts of super-regeneration. The most idiosyncratic ability of these cells is the innate production of "appetite energy." While this form of energy is typically inert, it can be molded into a plethora of constructs that will devour all forms of matter at the atomic level upon being externalized. In short, it is Neo's appetite made tangible.
Peculiar Anatomy: Like most other beings, Neo has a gastrointestinal tract; his is unique in that it exists in a different space—presumably its own dimension, home to a boundless sea of acid which can burn any substance: organic or otherwise.
Weakness: The strength and regeneration-enhancing qualities of Neo's gourmet cells are chiefly dependent on the user's calorie intake, in addition to his mental state and fortitude. Mental training can greatly influence these cells' efficiency in expending energy. Strong enough attacks can also exceed the capabilities of Neo's gourmet cells.Equipment: N/A
