Your job is to rob them blind! Grab those paintings at any cost necessary, and sell them to the highest bidder.

Thawne dress in a black trench coat that reach below his knees, collar up to his chin, trucker hat on and tilted down with dark sun glasses. He entered the museum in the last touring group but then strayed away from the group to find a specific painting that was going for a very very high price.

He could have easily used his gifted powers to ransack the place but Thawne needed to take another approach due to the high security rumors. Upon reaching a large open room, Thawne saw the painting to the other side but what caught his attention was the sight of another person....another thief??

Zi Yu was spending his day at a museum admiring the magnificent paintings being displayed there, he couldn't stop gazing at it as if he was being charmed by it. All that had stopped when he heard footsteps behind him, turning back to see who had interrupted him he would see a peculiar figure dressed in black, making Zi Yu feel uneasy.

Thawne simply smirk and decided to have some fun before leaving with the merchandise.

With the last words escaping his mouth Thawne moved forward tapping into the Negative Speed Force (NSF). As he did that his attire change into that of a yellow spandex suit with red lines and a lightning bolt in the middle. Still, his identity is conceal. With his boosted speed Thawne would dash in a arc formation to his right (your left) and stop behind you.

Because you probably won't remember anything soon

Said Thawne follwed by a strong speed force stomp to the lower back region of the man, sending him a bit forward.

Technique Name: Increase Perception

Description: Thawne possesses the ability to alter his perceptions of everything through the NSF. He can disarm or jam any number of opponents weapons before they are even aware of his movement if their tracking isn't up to thawne's speed and can hurl small projectiles at fast velocities. Now with this technique things do not truly stand still, it is his own perception of time that seems to stand still, and his mind automatically adjusts to his perception, hence, the slower he views the world, the faster his train of thought due to NSF adjusting his perception of things around him. This does not add any sort of speed to his body or speed attribute. It soley enhances his perception of things through the mind, increasing his brain power so to say. Thawne's mental abilities are also increased in speed, simple computations can be done at faster speeds, and his ability to perform normal feats at increased speeds has allowed him to move sandbags to cover a beach or search an entire area for something as small as a paper clip. He can also read at super-speed, but rarely takes advantage of this ability to learn at increased speeds. Due to this feat, Thawne's intelligence attribute is increase by +10% of his SPD attribute. This passively activates upon Thawne activating the Negative Speed Force. Due to the NSF influencing his increase brain power and inteligence, his INT attribute grows in proportion to his SPD attribute when/if it does.

Eh I'm a lil iffy on the damage so I'll calculate it later or idk if you know how to do it? Its based on my speed attribute which is 36 atm

 

[Kingu]

Zi Yu witnessed the man in black had just transformed into a man in yellow tights. Noticing the stranger sprinting around Zi Yu, as if he was trying to get behind him, Zi Yu would wait for his opponent to draw near, until he was on his left side. While he summons one of his Dull Piercers on his right side in a vertical position, the blade pointing towards his arm, while the edges are facing the the floor and ceiling, concealing it from his opponent.
When the man in yellow draws in closer Zi Yu would pivot on his left foot anti clockwise an the greatsword following his movement hiding from the enemy. Once the enemy was 2 meters away Zi Yu would leap back in the air and rotate his body backwards while in a diagonal position, at the same time his weapon would accelerate forward into the mans stomach.

Once he had landed, he would raise out his right hand forward in front of him, and summon his Heaven Punisher and grab hold of it. With the blade pointing towards the man he'd shoot out the a burst of flames from his sword, hoping to incinerate him.

Description: With weapon construct, Zi Yu can forge numerous airborn swords that be used for attacks. Each sword doing 20% of his Energy stat, he can do unarmed wielding by having telekenetic control over them. Exact range for it would be 2m, but Zi Yu can use his swords as projectiles.
Note: Maximum swords that can be wielded, 3.
Note: If a sword were to be destroyed it would take 1 turn for it to be restored.

Technique Name: Heaven Piercer - Offensive

Description: With weapon construct, Zi Yu can forge numerous airborn greatsword wrapped in flames which has the power to burn off any water or ice attacks below rank B, and at the same time immune to fire attacks that are B rank and down. With weapon enhancing the User can increase the power of the flames, which allow the user to shoot out a burst of power from his sword, which launches flames outwards from the tip of the sword. He can do unarmed wielding by having telekinetic control over them. Exact range for it would be 2m, but Zi Yu can use his swords as projectiles.
Note: Can have max 3 swords dealing 60% damage collectively.

Dull Piercer = 8 Dmg.
Heaven Punisher = 24 dmg
Total Dmg = 32


Your speed based hits will probably be based on you speed stats. So it does 10% of your speed, unless your technique mentioned how much percentage your attacks does.

 

[Venom]

While arcing around the opponent Thawne witness the tip of a sword of some sort coming from his blind spot. It seems the man was about to take a quick spin to cut thawne or at least deal some heavy damaging. Still using the NSF Thawne would stop in his movement and go around the man in his same spin. Instead of running in the direction of where the blade was coming Thawne ran around the man. It was like he was following the blade.

But this time Lightning were streaming all over his body as his speed began to increase. With his new alternate route Thawne spaced himself from the man and hurled a lightning bolt directly towards his blind spot while he was spinning. If successful the lightning would hit the man in the back directly.

Technique Name: NSF - Lightning x3

Description: Thawne's unique biology causes his body to produce massive amounts of electricity, which charges his molecules to allow for his accelerated movements. As this power is genetically coded to his DNA, he can potentially gain mmore his speed by using more electricity to jumpstart it whether it be from an attack (D rank and below) or from his own source, he would gain +5 to his speed. Due to this technique remaining active after first use. it gives Thawne a new look when using the NSF. Thawne has streams of lightning running all over and around his body (purely cosmetics). Now through this technique Thawne is able to hurl lightning bolts gathered from a fast movement. Think of it as running your feet on the carpet. Thawne is not only able to create it through fast and rapid movement, but release it through a strong gesture. After release Thawne cannot control or manipulate it any further.

This technique allows two different usages: 1. Absorb low level lightning when running, and turn it into a speed boost. 2. Generate and shoot low level lightning, that deal 20% of the user's ENE stat in Damage. The user can combine this two usages, to gain a speed boost from his own lightning, by targeting himself. But counts as two techniques

Since my speed is in a new tier i doubt you'll be able to track me efficiently like before but eh yeah u get my point..

As he was about to land, Zi Yu saw the mans speed increase and witnessed him run, he could just barely make out the body. After that Zi Yu got hit by the bolt of lightning from behind, the man was too quick, so Zi Yu decided to approach the situation differently.

Zi Yu quickly got up summoned 2 Heaven Punishers, one in his left hand and the other levitating on his right side. He then took a giant leap forward and sent the sword on his right forward while making it rotate in clockwise, towards the mans shin hoping to cutt off his leg, at the same time Zi Yu would increase the energy of the flames which would cause a burst flames shooting out of the sword. Making a spiral of flames on the ground. With his other sword he'd swing it with both hands, aiming to sever the speedsters head.

I can still track you, but to be in a different tier you need 10 points more than my intelligence for you to be a big blur to me, anything above I can see you. I can only counter if my speed is within 5 ap to yours.
