Looks: H'El is a tall, robust Kryptonian with long, dark hair reaching his shoulders. Before his expedition that took him away from Krypton, H'el was a slender lad who looked very similar to Jor-El, Kal-El's father, who he acknowledged as a foster dad during his time there. His skin then took on a slightly grey tone due to his prolonged time in space since Krypton's destruction along with many scars that he gained along the journey to Earth.
Personality: H'el was a very bright student, one of the best in Krypton's history and was praised personally by the scientist Jor-El. As such his intellect is vast, much so than the average Kyrptonian and exponentially greater than the regular human. This is due to him having a mind much older than his body, due to his origin principle. However, this robs him of some of the most basic drives all living things possess like fear or affection. Due to being sidetracked on his space faring mission, H'el was absent during Krypton's destruction and has vowed to bring it back. As such, his entire mindset revolves around reviving Kyrpton using whichever planet most conducive. His moral compass tilts only towards the betterment of all Kryptonians and as such he feels no guilt or remorse for upholding those virtues. Although he has yet to kill anyone in cold blood, his actions show that he'd have no difficulty doing so, as long as Krypton's return is the goal.

Origin Story: H'el was a clone create from the cells of countless of Kryptonians. However he believed to be native born Kryptonian and one of the brightest student's of Jor-El. Reasons of these false memories isn't fully known, but in his false origin story he was a prized student of Jor-El and was chosen to be the first Kryptonian test pilot in centuries, in a rocket designed by Jor-El. His departure was much celebrated and on the day of the launch, he was accepted into the House of El by Jor-El. During his voyage however, H'el was side tracked by unknown obstacles. Taking him through uncharted space, H'el arrived on Earth 27 years after Krypton's destruction only vowing to go back in time and stop the destruction of Krypton, not caring what it might cost Earth.

H'el is foremost a Kryptonian which grants him solar power absorbing capabilities like Super Speed (both on ground when running and in the air while flying), Heat Vision, X-Ray vision, Super Strength, Solar Energy Transmutation, and Enhanced Durability,along with a few unique traits he alone has. Due to being a synthetic being, a clone, H'el also has Telepathy, Teleportation, and Astral Projection locked away in his cells to be later manifested.

With this ability to turn Solar Energy into various other forms of energy through his many other superpowers H'el is essentially a solar charging cell.
Description of Powers:
Telekinesis: H'El can psionically manipulate matter to his will, and even disassemble it at the molecular level, being capable of pulling it apart atom by atom, as well as hold it in stasis anywhere H'El chooses for later use.
Kryptonian Physiology: Under the effects of a "yellow" sun, H'El possesses the same potential powers as an average Kryptonian. These include:

Weakness:Due to being an artificial entity that is not cloned from a single Kryptonian, H'El lacks the vulnerability to Kryptonite given to others of his race, as well as being capable of retaining his abilities under the radiation of Krypton's red sun. This may also be attributed to the different types of radiation from countless stars H'El's cells absorbed during his space travel, including Black Stars and raging Quasars.
Magic however, is more than capable of harming H'el.

Force Field Projection: An extension of his Telekinesis, H'El can generate psionic barriers around himself and others to prevent harm.
Teleportation: H'el has a limited ability to teleport. As he grows he learns to hone it better but for now it's not his most efficient method of traveling.

Solar Energy Absorption: Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of H'El's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. His biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown.
