Looks: Cory is physically African American with a noticeable Afro however he always wears the mask of a clown to hide his looks, he finishes the get up with a black trench coat and combat boots.
Personality: Cold and calculating, Cory wastes no time on setbacks and has little patience for incompetence.

Origin Story: Cory came to his power at the ripe age of 13. It was dawn, night time fast approaching when assumingly and without warning a green noxious gas spewed forth from his own body, startled Cory ran to his parents for help and support only for them to be severely burned the minute they touched the green gas. Both understandably frightened and startled both the mother and the father responded violently, hurling anything they could get their hands on while spewing obscenities towards their only son. It did them No good of course as the gas spread more and more the deaths of the parents was sealed, their bodies crumpling to the floor as red rashes appeared all over their form, Cory stared at the body's knowing full well that the actions of him and his parents was by no mean anyone's fault yet the harsh words from his parents scarred him for life turning him into what he is now.

History: Cory was originally a computer nerd studying hard to get in a good school and to impress his parents, now Cory was by no means an A plus student but he got by. Cory rarely if ever went out of his room or socialized and as s result he never developed friendship or the necessary social skills to survive in the modern world.

Description of Powers: Cory has the unique ability to produce large amounts of Gamma and acoustic radiation from his own body. Cory can create forms of Gamma and acoustic radiation as well as control it as if it were a second limb. Due to the nature of his power and the constant danger he posses to living beings, particularly humans, his body has naturally evolved with his powers giving him an immunity to the negative symptoms of his own power. Cory can not only produce and control Gamma and acoustic radiation but can physically become a being of pure radiation aswell.

His name is where you should put his Villain name, if he goes by one and write Cory Brown in his Secret Identity. If he goes by Cory Brown, then you write Cory Brown in the Name and leave Secret Identity blank.

Radiation as a whole is tooooooo broad a spectrum to allow. You have alpha radiation, beta radiation, gamma radiation, ultraviolet radiation, electromagnetic radiation, etc - It's too varying and broad to allow like this as many of these radiation types are very different.

Description: The core ability of exodus is to produce and control gamma and acoustic radiation, with this in mind Exodus initiates the technique by constantly expelling large amounts of gamma radiation up to mid range. Gamma radiation has the distinct trait of breaking down and destroying the Dna of living beings, traits of what will now be referred to as "gamma radiation poisoning" is the occurrence of sever nausea and hemorrhagic symptoms,any living being touched by the gamma radiation receives damage according to 1/2 of his Energy Status, in relation to the target's Durability attribute and -5 to intelligence every 2 turns. Gamma radiation can be identified by its green gaseous color and unlike other radiations it has the distinct ability to harbor in clothes and items it so happens to touch, items that have been contaminated with gamma radiation now inflict the above effects if touched by living flesh, this does not prove true for led however as gamma radiation cannot contaminate it.

Note: upon activation the technique remains passive until the user is in someway incapacitated. Though it also means he is unable to perform other Radiation related techniques.
Note: Led items can not be contaminated by the radiation

Description: Another core ability of exodus grants the user control over sound waves, at any point in time the user can manipulate a simple sound to be become aggravatingly high or to a completely muted mode. High pitched sounds have the pronounced effect of disorienting anyone who hears them granting a -5 to intelligence.

Note: Debuff lasts 1 turn.

Description: Gamma radiation harbors in whatever item it touches, never to go away unless forcefully extracted. Because of Exodus's prowess in radiation control he now has the ability to move items that contain gamma radiation with just his mind(this does not include living beings). How this occurs is by exodus manipulating the gamma inside and around the weapon, because exodus has not expelled the gamma from the item the item simply rises and moves with the radiation itself.

Note: The control of particular items the opponent controls that is contaminated with gamma radiation can be negated if the opponent has enough physical strength to combat the pull of the item.
Note: the user cannot make any complex movements with the items such as firing a gun or activating a trigger unless he physically does so
Note: the user can only control 3 items at a time, it cannot surpass C rank items.


B rank: Radioactive body
Technique Name: Radioactive body

Description: Exodus physically transforms his body into a pure concentration of gamma radiation. When transforming into this state attacks that do not use led simply pass right through him withought harm, unless the Damage Stat of the target surpasses that of the user's Energy Stat. If living flesh touches him in this state they immediately receive gamma poisoning taking 20% of the users energy stat in damage and a -5 to intellect every two turns, for at least 4 turns if the contact does not happen again, creating a total of 20% damage and -10 intellect afterwards. Weapons and items that touch him in this state absorb large amounts of gamma radiation and as such gift any living being who touches it half of the above effects of gamma poisoning ( 5% of the Energy Stat ). This radiation poisoning doesn't stack with other effects. As a living being of pure radiation the user can reform anywhere within midrange of his original position.

Note: the user can only change into this form once per turn, form lasts 4 turns with a 2 turn cooldown and can only be used 4 times. Can only dodge one technique per turn.

Description: concentrating large amounts of radiation on the tip of his finger exodus will manipulate the radiation to shoot off in the direction he is pointing. The speed at which the gamma radiation is shooting at results in a highly concentrated beam that has enough force to pierce through human flesh. When the beam touches living skin the person touched will receive 40% of the users energy stat in damage as well as a -5 to intellect every two turns Gamma radiation has the distinct effect of harboring in clothes and items it touches, as such whatever item that has been contaminated with gamma radiation will mimic the effects of gamma radiation poisoning if touched by living flesh, dealing +5% of ENE damage every turn for up to 4 turns.

Note: the initial damage of the technique is 40% of the users energy stat, afterwards the effects of gamma poisoning occur ( -5 INT and +5% ENE Damage ), for 4 turns without re-exposure. These effects do not stack with others.
Note: Non harmful radiation lingers in the target for 2 additional turns after the Radiation Poisoning ends.

Description: Having mastery over the power of gamma radiation Exodus is able to form and harden the radiation into any construct imaginable. Each construct deals damage and moves at 60% of the users energy stat, the user can also create gamma clones. Gamma clones are formed by concentrating a high amount of gamma into the shape and form of exodus ultimately forming plasma. Exodus is a being of pure radiation and uses a part of himself to create these clones as such each clone moves under Exodus's mental commands in addition exodus can see through the eyes of each clone he creates(maximum of 3), as they will have no autonomy of their own. Because gamma radiation is toxic to living beings any living being touched will catch gamma radiation poisoning dealing 20% of energy damage and a -5 to intellect per turn afterwards, up to 2 turns without re-contact. Clones will be able to induce the Radiation Poisoning, at half the damage ( 10% ), but their damage is Strength-based otherwise. One of the key characteristics of gamma radiation is the ability to harbor in items it touches granting any one who touches an item infected with gamma radiation, dealing 5% damage due to indirect contact. These radiation effects do not stack.

Approved ~ With Edits. Without ENE, your clones won't be able to use most of your techniques. You can, though, create STR based techniques for them to use ( or yourself ). If you specifically mention they're for your clones, I'll allow your ENE stat to be the main attribute, otherwise you'll have to upgrade your STR in order to submit high ranked techniques. Also, without INT, your clones are just puppets, they won't have a mind of their own.

Description: This technique is centered around gammas distinct ability to explode when a reaction occurs, knowing this the user channels a large amount of gamma energy, in his hand, and compresses it to the size of a marble, the user then controls the marble to follow the opponent until it collides resulting in an explosion that reaches mid range.The resulting explosion flings gamma radiation to long range(explosion moves at 30% of the users energy stat and does 60% amount of damage) any person the gamma touches suffers from gamma poisoning and received 10% of the users energy stat in damage and a -5 to intellect every 2 turns, for 4 turns, creating a total of 20% damage and -10 intellect afterwards. Gamma radiation has the distinct ability to harbor in clothes and items it touches as such any person that touches an item infested with gamma radiation gains the above effects of gamma poisoning. This radiation poisoning doesn't stack with other effects.

Technique Name: Serpent slayer

Description: serpent slayer is essentially a Simple katana hilt with an empty slit right were the blade is supposed to sit. Exodus main ability is to control and produce an infinite amount of radiation,utilizing this the user will channel an extreme amount of radiation into the slit of the sword handle creating a blade. The user will condense the radiation to the form of a traditional katana, the condensed radiation becomes hot from the jumble molecules and creats a semi solid blade similar to plasma. The blade of radiation can be extended to long range at will, because it's composition is gamma radiation any living flesh that touches the blade will receive gamma poisoning taking 5% of the users energy stat in damage and -5 to intellect every 2 turns for 4 turns. Because of the quantity of radiation compressed into the form of a blade it has now changed to a form similar to that of plasma as such the user can cut through C rank and Below items like butter, and having difficulty cutting same ranked items. As the blade is pure energy each strike the blade makes does the 60% of the users energy stat in damage . The blade itself weighs nothing as it is pure energy making physical attacks(like slashing) based on the users energy . Gamma radiation has the distinct ability to harbor in clothes and other items as such any item that has gamma radiation and is touched by living flesh grants the person touched the above effects of gamma poisoning.

Note: large amounts of radiation only empowers Exodus and as such boosts his Int by +10, and Strength by 5 when wielding this blade(this only happens once)
Note: The blade itself emits visible radiation up to short range.
Note: physical attacks such as slashing are decided by the users energy stat
Note: Blade extension is based on the users energy stat.
Note: items struck by this blade can resist being cut into if the opponents technology stat is higher than the users energy stat or if made from Lead. Lead protection doesn't apply to C ranks and below.
Note: the user can perform other radiation related moves through the blade itself

Description: Excersing his control over acoustic radiation the user now has the ability to manipulate sounds and vibrations for an attack. The user can generate shock waves that push the target over, repel them, shatter them, and even cause earthquakes by shaking the ground,however all vibrations need a medium to travel through restricting the user to hand gestures towards the the target he wants to use vibrations on.(vibrations move at 60% of the users ENE stat and bypasses all armor C rank and below)(B rank armor can stop the vibrations only if the opponents tech stat is stronger than the users energy stat), (vibrations have the ability to inflict vertigo and as such gifts anyone who gets hit a -10 to speed) The user can also apply his vibrations to the ground making tremors up to midrange(tremors move at 60% of the users ENE speed, anyone hit recieves a -10 to speed because of vertigo). Tremors last for as long as the user stands in place(cannot use any other acoustic related techniques while in use as the vibrations needs a medium to travel.

Technique Name: Vibration shift

Description: Tapping into his power of vibration the user will vibrate his body fast enough to let objects and attacks phase through him. Limbs that phase theough the user inherits some of the intense vibrations resulting in shaking (-10 to speed) for 2 turns. The user can phase through B rank and Below physical attacks only once the whole turn and this technique can be used only once that turn.
