Origin Story: As a young boy, Dylan was constantly surrounded by science. His mother was a pharmacist, and his father worked in the main laboratory of NBVille. He would often accompany his father to work, and was fascinated by the work he saw being done at the lab, particularly the chemistry. One night, while accompanying his father to work, a freak storm hit, trapping them inside overnight. His father decided to continue on his research, and Dylan sat by, content with seeing his father work. A window shattered, however, as a lightning bolt struck the room, striking Dylan and causing him to fall against a table, splashing several chemicals on his body. Dylan was rushed to the medical wing of the laboratory, with the expectation of his survival being close to zero. Miraculously, however, the boy recovered, finding that the experience had changed him by making him a conduit of the Speed Force.
History: Dylan lost his memory after being linked to the Speed Force.
Abilities // Equipment
Power/Ability: Speed Force Conduit: The energy from the lightning bolt that had struck Dylan combined with the chemicals splashed on his body, altering his body. The event caused Dylan to become a conduit of the Speed Force, a form of energy that Dylan could naturally tap into and directly harness through kinetic movement. The Speed Force greatly increases the amount of kinetic energy of Dylan's body, speeding up its processes and allowing him to move at tremendous speeds. This allows him to be able to manipulate the lightning he creates by running, manipulating the potential/kinetic energy by releasing waves of unfocused (non-lethal) of lightning.
Because the lightning and his relation to the Speed Force literally sped him up on a cellular level, Dylan can basically divide those sped up cells at quick levels, achieving regeneration.
