Before he can pull it off his back and do all sorts of fancy moves with it for no reason at all, He see's a police car pulling out of the labs garage and up to the security gate. Soon after, a truck appears as well and also heads towards the gate. The policeman gets out and walks towards the driver side window of the truck alongside one of the security guards who had walked over from the booth. Most likely going over procedures and routes as well as what to do in case of an emergency situation. At this distance with the busy streets below he couldn't hear what was being discussed over mid day traffic. However, no matter how well they planned they could never account for him. He was a cold calculated man committed to his mission, and nothing would stop him from reaching the end game.
Pulling out his grappling gun, he launches it towards the building to his left at about eye level as he rushed towards the edge of the roof. Connecting, he swings down allowing the rope in the grappling gun to extend enough for him to reach the lowest level of the roof on the building, the rope and grapple retract back into place as he heads towards his next vantage point. Once there, he watches as the police car pulls out followed by the truck. A police escort that was in front of his target and not behind. Almost like they were giving the stuff away. Rookies..
Idiots...
He thinks, as he once again moves grappling with the next building and lowering down to the ground. He had stashed his Slade cycle (patent pending) in an alley nearby and would have to reach it swiftly if his time frame was to stay in tack. Which moving at his speed wouldn't take but a sec. Well what do you know, there already. Slade gets on the bike and fires up the engine and peels out from the alleyway on route to the truck. Shadowing their route on a parallel street he spots them by 28th and Wayne Blvd. Quickly accelerating, he gets several blocks ahead of them in no time and pulls off on a side street that was only wide enough for one vehicle, and a tractor trailer parked dead smack in the middle of it. Hitting a remote the back door on the trailer lowers to the ground making a ramp that Slade drives into and re-emerges seconds later on foot. He rushes back towards the street knowing that they would be hitting this road a block down before turning in his direction. Making it to the edge of the building he glances out and see's the police car with truck in tow half a block away. No matter, the stop sign at the end of the road would give him all the time he needs to get the job done.
Still out of sight, the police car drives past and begins slowing down for the impending stop sign, to which a right turn would be taken if they were following the same route the previous delivery trucks had followed, and so far they seemed to be. Moving quickly and low to the ground he gets in position next to a car parked along the road and waits for the cop to start his turn. As it does he gets up and rushes head on towards the driver side window and jumps feet first together like a missile. BAAM his feet crash thru with tremendous force from his running start, and strike the driver on the left side of his face slamming it towards the center console as Slade's kick continues carrying momentum into the front of the face of the -turning to look- 2nd guard, heels digging into his nose making the back of his skull break the window out as it crushes into it. the door flies open and the passenger is ejected to the street as Slade slides into his seat closing the door, and left back hands the driver rendering him slumped and unconscious. Opening the door and pushing him out as well, he gains control of the wheel and banks a left turn. In the side mirror, he could see the popo turning around to pursue him but he had a plan for them as well.
Driving rather slowly to allow them to catch up quickly, once they were close he stops the truck completely and gets out. Reaching back he finally retrieves his staff and points it towards the cop car, the driver beginning to open his door. He begins to power up his staff with energy for a blast, it begins glowing as it the energy builds. Seeing this, the policeman begins to run for cover as Slade fires off a blast hitting the cruiser dead on exploderating it leaving the officer without a ride. He re enters the truck and takes off going left. Once out of view he follows the road they were on from the parrelel street again till he's back to the entrance. This all occurred rather quick and no other emergency responders had been able to get their as of yet. Just as planned. Driving into the side alley once more he drives the truck straight into the trailor hitting the remote to close the door again. Beeping several times, the tractor motor rumbles to life as Slade's temp henchman whom would soon be in a bag in da river drives the truck out of the alleyway onto the road. Slade picks the lock on the back door to the truck and checks out his loot as he hears several police and ambulance drive past in the opposite direction, and they drive off towards Slade super secret lair.

Technique Name: Nth Armor
EXP: 20
Type: Technology
Rank: B
Description: The Nth Armor, the suit Deathstroke wears over his body. While this would normally allow one to defy gravity and fly, his suit is "impure", a mixture of other metals with the Nth metal so it does not grant him this ability. However, it does increase his strength, speed, durability, and healing. The Nth metal add's +5 to his speed, strength and +10 to durability. Nth metal also protects the wearer from elements and speeds the healing of wounds (+5 every 2 turns after damaged for 4 turns), and protects them from extreme temperatures (Up to B rank). His armor allows him to tank heavy blasts (C rank), and gives him added protection against piercing weapons. The armor is always on him so this is considered passive, however it must be mentioned by the user. If a different armor is worn this tech is nullified.
Technique Name: Mirakuru formula healing factor
EXP: 5
Type: Science
Rank: D
Description: Due to being injected with the Mirakuru formula, Slade has been granted a modestly accelerated healing factor which enables him to recover from physical injuries much faster than most humans, which supplies him with great longevity. This ability has limitations, as he can not regenerate lost eyes or limbs, although he can heal from fatal injuries such as being shot multiple times, stabbed with a sword through his vital organs or great impacts such as falls from great heights and hits from super strong metahumans. He can recover from otherwise fatal injuries, but the experience is traumatic. He has suffered from short-term periods of insanity and animalistic behavior after these "resurrections". These episodic feral states are temporary, however, and he eventually regains control of himself.
Note: "Resurrecting" does not mean he can continue in a battle or mission after he has died, merely that he will come back to life afterwards.
Note: Adds +5 to health every 2 turns after minor injuries ( 1st Degree burns, superficial wounds, etc ), not exceeding his maximum health, up to a maximum of 20 HP recovered per battle.

sat high atop a building located across from Sun Labs. He was waiting on a truck that was scheduled to be leaving very soon. After accessing the labs databanks he found out the shipment contained a powerful tranquilizer used to treat the worst of pain related diagnosis that was being turned into a powder form and sold for a stiff price on the streets, making this quantity large enough to interest several buyers. However, Slade had his own plans for it's use. Once he learned of the growing interest on the streets Deathstroke decided he would strike before someone beat him to it. After staking out the routes of their delivery trucks he knew well enough which way they would be going. His mind had already completed this mission 100 times in mental simulation as he calculated every possible scenario. Reaching to his back as he contemplates his next move, his left hand grips around his favorite weapon, or at least one of his more brutal ones. Bessy aka Ol' reliable. Bludgeoned to death by a promethium alloy bo staff was not a choice way to meet ones' maker.. Technique Name: Energy Staff
EXP: 10
Type: Technology
Rank: C
Description: One of Deathstroke's signature weapons, a near indestructible (Can be destroyed by A rank or above attacks) bo staff made out of prometheum alloy. The staff can also discharge an energy blast out of either end up to mid range (strong enough to destroy aircraft and even injure powerful metahumans, C rank in strength - dealing damage equivalent to 40% of tech stat) and can also be separated into two nightsticks. The staff's blunt damage is dependent on the user's strength stat, dealing 40% of strength stat in damage.
