Looks: Lucian Dawn, or Celestial can only be described as the most handsome man to ever live, women woo over him men envy him. His physical appearance is so without an imperfection. Lucian is relatively tall, and sports a muscular yet lean build. His trademark bleach hair came when he awakened his angelic prowess. Lucian dresses unusually for a man in the 21st century sporting white and red robes and medieval rogue apparel. Upon awakening his abilities his father had him undergo a physical training regiment in order to cope with the mental stress and accustom his body to his new abilities. Lucian's normally red eyes, shine brightly when utilizing his Celestial abilities.
Personality: Self-Righteous, Charismatic and incredibly powerful Lucian isn't quick to act, however in dire circumstances Lucian isn't afraid to use his abilities for the good of his fellow man. Lucian is often seen deep in thought, he doesn't talk much however when he does he is incredibly insightful. Lucian manner of speech is incredibly dense and often hard to understand, that combined with his Italian accent made him an outcast as a child, which helped to promote anti-social tendencies he displays in his adult life.

Origin Story: Born into a line of angelic hybrids, Lucian awakened his abilities at puberty and from then on was raised to harness abilities for the good of man, Lucian's father Kian was known as Prophet, a powerful hero capable of utilizing celestial energy to blast his enemies into oblivion. After Lucian's father had passed away, Lucian would leave Italy travelling the world not only to find himself but to continue his father's legacy.
History: Lucian was born the son of Kian and Phoebe Dawn, the Dawn family was a wealthy family based in Italy, although their business was shrouded in mystery the Dawn's were loved in their home of Florence. Lucian's mother died in childbirth, launching his father into a deep depression. Lucian was raised by nannies and maids and as he grew into adolescence the boy would get into fights, in order to gain the attention of his father. To which he would simply be punished, many of the towns people would label him as a disappointment to the family. One day Lucian was kidnapped by men who intended to ransom him, Lucian would awaken his angelic physiology releasing beams of light burning the kidnappers to a crisp. Lucian's hair upon awakening his abilities Lucian's hair would turn platinum. From that point onward Lucian would be trained to control his abilities by his father, eventually leaving him in order to travel the world in order to find himself.

- Angel Physiology: Lucian was born into a line of angelic hybrids known as Celestial, men with the abilities of angels. Lucian has the ability to manifest wings, as well as manipulating celestial energy, or angelic light in order to create barriers, constructs and blasts etc. Lucian's angelic physiology grants him enhanced physical abilities, such as enhanced speed, and durability. Lucian can also heal wounds through the Celestial Energy (both his own and allies). Furthermore, Lucian is capable of absorbing energy (i.e heat, light, plasma) in order to fuel his abilities.
[*]Enhanced Combat Ability: Lucian is an adept fighter, having been trained in the arts of Celestial's from his father Kian, Lucian being a Celestial also has enhanced combat abilities, enhanced durability and speed making him a threat close range as well. Lucian is an especially impressive swordsmen, he prefers two blades over one.
Weakness: Lucian's ability to wield Celestial Energy is dependent on access to sunlight and heat. Without access to heat or sunlight Lucian is incapable of recharging his energy. Lucian starts off with 100% energy and depending on the rank of a technique his stores are depleted.

Note: Lucian's energy stores can also be restored by absorbing heat and light from enemy techniques that create some form of heat of light, such as plasma, fire, etc.
Equipment: A revolver, red vines, brass knuckles, and a pack of cigarettes. Lucian is a collector of sorts, so he has a number of unusual things. Although he isn't quite adept at building he often has moments of genius enabling him to create items of use.
