Cold was finally starting to get a grip on his powers. It was time to up his game and commit some real crimes. Through his usual channels in the underworld, Snart got wind of a incoming shipment of very valuable medicinal drugs. The drop-off was today and all of his people were in position. He promised each of them a cut and he intended on giving it to those who survived the job. Just then he got the call that the vehicle from one of his people that vehicle was last seen leaving Star Labs. Regardless of which route the van took, it's destination was Central City Hospital. All but one of Snart's people were near or at the hospital, either out in the open wearing plainclothes or encamped in strategic positions inside nearby buildings.
The moment the van appears on the far side of the road and begins to make to a beeline for the hospital. Cold simply walks into it's path and creates a fist of ice one cubic meter in dimensions in front of himself from the moisture in the air and launches it at the the oncoming vehicle. The oversized fist crashes into the front of the van and brings it to a halt.
Technique Name: Frozen Forge
Just then several armed men appear from an adjacent street. It seems Cold wasn't the only one with his sights trained on this score. Before any of them can fire a single shot, Snart simply creates a field of cold energy around himself. The field drains the momentum of every bullet fired his way and they simply fall harmlessly to the floor. Most of them bolt as soon as they realize resistance is futile but the few foolhardy ones that remain charge at him. Once they get within the cold field, they suddenly stop moving altogether. Cold simply passes them by, barely glancing in their direction, as if they were nothing more than a minor annoyance.
Technique Name: Absolute Zero
With the van stopped and the opposition dealt with, his people were free to move in and collect the drugs. As per his instructions, all of them take off in different directions and will convene at their base of operations (an abandoned chemical factory) in a few hours. While his people fled, he would deal with the police. They offered to stay and help but Cold wanted to do this without any casualties and to make a name for himself.
He patiently waits until the police arrive on the scene.
"Get on your knees and put your hands over your head now!"
"I'd really rather not."
"I repeat: get on your knees and put your hands over your head!"
"Maybe if you ask nicely."
He begins to leave and every officer present, six in all (two from each car) draws his weapon, clicks the safety and trains their aim on Cold.
The lead officer says "Freeze!"
"I thought you'd never ask"
With his field of cold energy still protecting him, he had no worries that the bullets would make it through to harm him. Instead he creates six bullets of ice around his body and fires them at each of the officers, every bullet's target being a non-lethal location. The first officer gets hit in the right arm, the second in the left leg, the third in the left shoulder, the fourth in the abdomen (clear of any major blood vessels and organs), the fifth in the thigh and the sixth in the hand gripping his weapon.

"Lucky for you, you're just outside a hospital."
Cold steps over the downed officers and casually leaves the scene. When out of sight, he enters the sewers and makes his way back to his base of operations.

Description: Through this technique Captain Cold can generate a myriad of tools and weapons out of ice that can be used to attack, defend or for supplementary purposes. This technique is so varied that it can be used to create handheld weapons (swords, spears, tridents, etc), projectiles (arrows, bullets, etc) defensive constructs (shields, walls, etc) or tools which merely exist to aid movement such blunt pillars to launch the user or his allies into the air. This technique’s utility is only limited by Captain Cold’s own imagination and the fact that any created constructs must be created within one meter from his position. Anything not created directly from his body is made from freezing the surrounding air moisture and then sent outwards (if their intended use is to be used as projectiles). Any created projectiles move as fast as thrown projectiles and anything offensive created using this technique deals 20% of the user’s energy attribute. Cold is always surrounded by circular waves of cold energy not unlike the rings of Saturn in appearance. These waves encompass 360 degrees around him and span two meters in diameter. They cool down the surrounding air temperature to below freezing temperatures. Any small projectiles (such as arrows, bullets, spears) that enter the field are drastically drained of their speed and momentum and harmlessly fall to the floor before they hit Cold. Anyone who gets caught in the field isn't as badly affected due to their size but as soon as they enter the field and as long as they remain inside of it, their speed stat is reduced by 20 points. Inside the field, all technology C-Rank and below becomes inoperable and regenerative abilities become ineffective (C-Rank and below), while B Rank Technology and Regenerative Abilities are halved in their efficiency
