Ekur

Once known as the Lost Temple, Ekur is Enkidu's home on Kamiyasumi. While it's pristine white marble walls and pillars remain so, thanks to Enkidu's presence nature has naturally grown in combination with the structure, creating an interweaving mesh of marble, root, vine and wood. Ekur acts as an assembly point for Divine beings in Kamiyasumi's Garden of the Gods. While they are welcome in Sanctuary, the Arali find the peaceful surroundings of Ekur more agreeable.

Within Ekur Enkidu has erected many tapestries and murals, carving them into the bare chalky walls of the temple, each one dedicated to the stories and triumphs of the now eternally slumbering Pantheon. Effigies of Marduk, Ishtar, Nergal and Enlil can be found within a central chamber, a reminder of their sacrifice, and a symbol that they are always watching over humanity through Enkidu.

This post marks the beginning of my mission using these storyboard elements:
- Scout potential threats (2).

Musashi came across a towering temple, deep within the Cedar Forest, as she had traversed through the barrier and back out into the storm that ravaged the Outer Land. While traversing through the darkness of the forest and the raging winds of the hurricane, though, Musashi came across yet another miraculous sight.

A tremendous temple, with towering columns framed a door standing several times Musashi's height, it was remarkably preserved here - immaculate, even - here in the midst of the Cedar Forest. The towering trees spanning in all directions shielded it from view, such that one was not even really aware of the presence of the structure until you were right up on it.

The size of it was astounding, even amongst these towering trees, perhaps even because of them. The entry way in front of Musashi, cracked ajar only slightly, towered such that even an incredibly large creature could traverse through it. Maybe some of the summoned animals utilized by Shinobi.

She ventured inside, looking at the tremendous carving, worked with intricate masonry that the temple was crafted with. Uniquely, despite the tremendous flora in the area, she did not see any of those creeping ashen vines forcing their way through the area. She would have to investigate the chasm later, but it seemed whatever invasive species they were had yet to worm its way here.

Musashi's footsteps were the only noise she heard, and even her soul-sensing detected nothing much in this area; some local wildlife perhaps, carving itself out a home out in the forest...but this temple was still.

Silent.

She enjoyed the shelter from the element for a while, using the gentle heat of her lantern to warm her for a bit, as she sat down and made record of this place in her notes, and update her map with what information she was willing to share so far, on it. Once more, it seemed Musashi had discovered something that, unfortunately, her skill set wasn't tuned to delve into.

But, there was nothing wrong with forging a safe path forward for others, she thought, as she gathered her things.

Perhaps the people of the village would know something of this place, and would be willing to share information with her, if it was not a holy site that she had trespassed on.

"Hm," she thought, scrunching her face at the notion. She hoped she hadn't done just that. The last thing she needed was a divine curse coming down on her.

But, honestly, given the state of this place - immaculate, but seemingly covered in a small bit of dust and wear from the elements...she did not think this place was maintained. Not like the graveyard outside the village.

And if this was not a place of reverence currently in use, was it simply a temple of worship to a god that saw no more followers?

Or something else?

...she could postulate all day long, but ultimately it would not accomplish much. With her things in tow, Musashi headed out again - she had gathered much information, and seemed a good time to return to town with her findings, and to take a few extra notes along the way back, perhaps.

Akujin began to descend from the sky, his red and black energy wings tucked in as he moved slower. Landing, Akujin begin to look around. Thick forest stretched further than his eye could see and his spirit could sense. He closed his eyes, trying to sense the massive spirit he once felt. It seemingly disappeared, though he was sure it was just here. It couldn’t have vanished that easily, Akujin thought. Pushing through the tree, Akujin continued forward.

It didn’t take long for Akujin to cross through the forest, though his attempt to be thorough caused some time to pass. He couldn’t tell why but he knew that he had just missed the presence of something. Just as he began to give up his search, there was a flicker just momentarily of a spirit on the island, one that seemed massive in size. Just as soon as he noticed it, it vanished as if it were challenging him to find it. To catch it. Akujin turned towards where he sensed the chakra, and rushed through the forest. Perhaps he would have good news for Madara after all.

As he exited the forest, Akujin came across a path towards a magnificent castle ahead of him. The massive columns and archways towering high above him, stairways and paths intersected all around the temple in perfect condition, as if were snatched when the Golden Age itself. It would have been enough to cause Akujin to gasp at it’s beauty, but instead he tightened the grip on the sword as he shifted his stance. He couldn’t focus on the castle because blocking his path was a giant light blue slug, dripping with slime as it stood and roared at the Tengu, it’s massive tails waving behind it. Sending a message towards Madara, Akujin prepared for battle.

“I have located the Six-Tailed Beast.”

( Biju Kontorōru ) - Tailed Beast Control
Type: State

Description: The Six-Tailed Beast, known as Saiken, was once part of an entity called the Ten Tails but now resides within a sealing formula marked on a vessel. This seal, known as the Encompassing Bubble, can allow the Jinchuriki to gain the abilities of the Tailed Beast in varying levels, depending on his own mastery and connection with the beast. As more experience and control is gained, new skills awaken, each maintained under a specific threshold. These are divided into Passive Effects, Bijuu States and Bijuu Skills. The first of the three contains two different passive effects, one shared between Bijuu known as Overwhelming Presence. This can only be triggered when the Bijuu itself is activated regardless of mastery. The second, unique to Saiken, is known as Acid Rain. Both can be found as their own technique.

Bijuu States, also known as Jinchuriki Transformations, are transformations that occur when the Jinchuriki draws upon the chakra and influence of it's Tailed Beast. Depending on their level of control, only certain states can be accessed regularly. Regardless of the Jinchuriki Path chosen, there are certain abilities and techniques that are shared across each path, shown below:
Level 1
  • Chakra Arms - Gain the ability to use Chakra Arms via the Bijuu shroud. Requires Chakra Shroud access first.
  • Chakra Shroud - Borrow chakra from your tailed beasts and allow it to empower you with a mini replication of the Tailed Beast.
  • Chakra Shockwave - Release a massive wave of chakra that pushes forces back. Requires Chakra Shroud to use.
Level 2
  • Chakra Transfer - Gain the ability to access large amounts of the Bijuu chakra without having to enter any state.
  • Genjutsu Immunity - Gain the ability to be immune to none Doujutsu or higher level Genjutsu by having your Bijuu break you from it.
  • Incomplete Tailed Beast Bomb - Gain the ability to fire a weaker variant of the Tailed Beast Bomb when in Incomplete Mode.
  • Acid/Bubble Usage: Depending on Path, you can gain access to one skill at the Chakra Shroud state. This allows the second skill without any of the special abilities associated with it.
  • Incomplete State: The user can transform into a larger incomplete version of the Tailed Beast.
Level 3

  • Complete Transformation - The user releases Saiken, allowing it to rampage around the field. Note: This state can be forcibly triggered by the user regardless of control. If the user has not achieved the highest control, then the beast will be let free at max power and rampage for one full arc. It cannot be stolen nor sealed during this time and the user will be unable to battle and is considered KOed for an arc. The beast will then be controlled by NW Moderators to their discretion.
  • Tailed Beast Bomb - Allows the user to fire off the powerful technique of Bijuu. Requires Complete Transformation
Outside of these shared abilities, Saiken’s Jinchuriki are capable of connecting with the Beast differently which allows them to have varying skills and abilities gained from it, chosen by the different paths one can go. Each Path has abilities unique to it, requiring missions of varying difficulty before it can be obtained.


Pathway 2: Bubble Bombard
Level One - Chakra Shroud
  • Bubble Usage - Gain the ability to use Bubble Ninjutsu. If another KG/AN/HA or Mode is chosen for Dual Abilities, Acid Skills cannot be gained later.
  • Enhanced Bubbles - The user's Bubbles techniques have strengthened, gaining an additional 20 damage. Requires Bubble Usage skill.
  • Bubbly Conversion - The user's B rank and lower defensive Water techniques can now be passively enhanced with a Basic Bubble. This does not apply to techniques explicitly stated to enhance Water jutsu or similar descriptions. Requires Bubble Usage skill.
  • Bubbling Elevation - The user gains the ability to levitate and float from a bubble, moving at max speeds while within the bubble. Capable of being used to jutsu, the user can apply this to jutsu once every 2 turns and allow them to float and levitate at the speed of an A rank Water Jutsu. Counts as a move per turn and an A rank jutsu.
Level Two - Incomplete Transformation
  • Bubbly Barricade - The user's S rank and lower Defensive Water techniques can now be passively enhanced with a Basic Bubble. This bubble increases the capabilities of defensive techniques, granting them an additional 20 damage. This does not apply to techniques explicitly stated to enhance Water jutsu or similar descriptions. Requires Bubble Usage skill
  • Fortified Bubbles - The user’s Bubble techniques have strengthened over time, gaining a notable +30 damage boost. Requires the user to have first obtained Incomplete Transformation level.
  • Healing Bubble - The user gains the ability to utilize healing bubbles, granted via Water release. The user can use his bubbles to heal both allies and constructs, restoring up to 30 health to Familiars, Defensive Techniques and Constructs, and restore up to 20 health to allies per use. Cannot be stacked and can only be used one non living entities once.
  • Advanced Healing Bubbles - The user creates a giant 5 meter wide healing bubble in a remote location, using it to heal allies. While this can be spawned around the user, he will not be part of those healed. Allies will be healed for 90 damage per use, healing up to 3 others at a time. However, healing is divided by the number of allies healed. This can be used up to 3 times per battle and counts as a move per turn.
Level Three - Complete Transformation
  • Bubble TBB - The user creates a Continuous TBB that is composed of five 10 meter sized TBBs that fires at the enemy. This bombard of bubbles deal massive exploding Water damage, dealing 100 damage each or deal collectively 160 if all used at once. What is unique about these bubbles is that if they are stronger than opposing defenses, these bubbles can encompass a technique and be instead be used against opponents, bursting to deal 60 damage and the damage of the original technique instead of this ability’s original damage. This can only be used once and counts as a move per turn.
  • Medicated Bubble - The user becomes capable of extending bubble durability to allows similarly to Advanced Healing Bubble. This differs from the original technique by allowing up to 5 personal bubbles to be created around allies, being 1 meter in size. Each bubble grants an additional 25 bonus damage shaving and doubles healing abilities proficiency per turn. This lasts up to 4 turns and can only be used once and counts as a move per turn.
Saiken roared as he watched the strange creature approach him. The immense presence of the six-tailed filled the forest and bore down on Akujin. The foul chakra produced by the Six tails was so potent that rain accompanied him form, where acid droplets fell from the sky. The trees in the forest began to sizzle as the beads of acid rain rolled off of their leaves.

( Attōteki Sonzai ) – Overwhelming Presence

Description: This landmark is filled with the presence of one of the nine Tailed Beasts. Referred to as Chakra Monsters, the beasts were formed form the Sage of the Six Paths splitting the power of the Ten-Tails hundreds of years ago. Each beast carries with it an overwhelming presence, wielding primordial chakra that itself is stronger than most normal humans. When in the presence of a Tailed Beast, one’s damage is reduced by 30 and their base speed is reduced by a quarter. Overwhelming Presence is negated by the Fallen Star meteorite, its power able to diffuse the chakra of a Tailed Beast. These beasts are more powerful than their lower tiered contemporaries, being able to ignore the powerful suppression abilities of the Sharingan if more than 20% health remain.
Note: This is always active when in the presence of the 5 - 8 Tailed Beasts.

( Sansei Ame ) - Acid Rain

Description: When the foul Chakra Beast that is Saiken is summoned, its natural power causes a powerful downpour of acid rain around the battlefield. This acid is extremely damaging to all around, causing 15 damage per turn to living targets. This acid weakens physical techniques by 10 damage from the acid. This and the acid rain damage cannot be mitigated. Should a user take damage, the damage taken will increase by 5 each subsequent turn.
Note: This is always active when in the presence of the Six-Tails and cannot be deactivated.

( Rokubi chon Hengi no Jutsu ) - Six-Tailed Full Transformation Technique

Description: The user borrows chakra from Saiken before a blinding white layer of chakra and acid envelops them as the Six-Tailed Beast is released into the world. Saken is an enormous white — with a light blueish tint — bipedal slug with stubby arms, feet and six long tails. It has two prominent optical tentacles (eyes) and hole-like openings as a mouth. Its entire body is covered in a thick, slimy substance Entering Complete Transformation creates a great deal of energy, producing craters beneath the user and destroying any restraints that might have been placed upon them beforehand while pushing other users back to mid range. While active, Saiken is capable of using Acid and Soap Bubble Ninjutsu, Water, and Tailed Beast Techniques. Much like all other Tailed Beast, Saiken has 80 damage reduction as well as a damage increase to its techniques by +40. Saiken is not known for being agile, having the ability to move at only 30 speed. However, he and his body leaves behind great amounts of acid that cause 80 damage per turn. He also has 700 Health and is able to track up to 4 times his speed. When the Six-Tailed Complete Transformation is used, the user gains a separate pool of chakra to draw from. Saiken’s Chakra pool is 3000 Chakra and when roaming free/unsealed, this pool is doubled though this means a Ninja World Mod is controlling it.
Note: Each use lasts up to 10 turns before the user wakes up. After waking, he cannot make use of any Jinchuriki or Tailed Beast skills above the basic Chakra Shroud state for 5 turns. Can only be activated twice per arc.
Note: The user is capable of summoning Saiken at any stage of mastery; during initial stages, this causes him to release Saiken in an enraged state, temporarily boosting his power higher than normally but relinquishing all control over him which causes a Ninja World Moderator to then control his actions, gaining a damage boost to a +60 instead of 40. The user is also rendered KO for the remainder of the event. This, however, does not mean he will lose the Bijuu and will retain it the next arc.

Saiken threatened by the presence of this foreign entity decided to take the offensive. Using it's affinity for Water, Saiken spawned a mass of water empowered by its rage that shaped into a smaller version of Saiken that lunged at Akujin closing on his position. The Smaller Saiken spawning in on Akujin's left about mid-range away. The smaller Saiken used its tails to slam down on Akujin using its six tails. The smaller Saiken served two purposes, one to give Akujin another target to deal with and a source for future water techniques.

(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench

Description: After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.

Note: Can only be used by Water Primary Specialists.

As the smaller Saiken attacks, Saiken itself will use its acidic body to its advantage. Using its tails just like its smaller version, it would sweep 3 of its tails from left to right dragging it across the ground. The tails would aim to slam into Akujin and sweep him towards the smaller Saiken. If connected, this will do 80 damage due to the acid covering its body. In all, Akujin would have an attack coming from above and one from his right with the Smaller Saiken on his left.

Saiken is not known for being agile, having the ability to move at only 30 speed. However, he and his body leaves behind great amounts of acid that cause 80 damage per turn. He also has 700 Health and is able to track up to 4 times his speed. When the Six-Tailed Complete Transformation is used, the user gains a separate pool of chakra to draw from. Saiken’s Chakra pool is 3000 Chakra and when roaming free/unsealed, this pool is doubled though this means a Ninja World Mod is controlling it.
Note: Each use lasts up to 10 turns before the user wakes up. After waking, he cannot make use of any Jinchuriki or Tailed Beast skills above the basic Chakra Shroud state for 5 turns. Can only be activated twice per arc.
Note: The user is capable of summoning Saiken at any stage of mastery; during initial stages, this causes him to release Saiken in an enraged state, temporarily boosting his power higher than normally but relinquishing all control over him which causes a Ninja World Moderator to then control his actions, gaining a damage boost to a +60 instead of 40. The user is also rendered KO for the remainder of the event. This, however, does not mean he will lose the Bijuu and will retain it the next arc.

Saiken threatened by the presence of this foreign entity decided to take the offensive. Using it's affinity for Water, Saiken spawned a mass of water empowered by its rage that shaped into a smaller version of Saiken that lunged at Akujin closing on his position. The Smaller Saiken spawning in on Akujin's left about mid-range away. The smaller Saiken used its tails to slam down on Akujin using its six tails. The smaller Saiken served two purposes, one to give Akujin another target to deal with and a source for future water techniques.

Description: After performing the Dragon → Tiger handseals, this technique will summon a large amount of water near the user that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack though the user can shape it in any way he needs for his intended purpose. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent and as long as the user fuels it and the technique isn't fully negated, the Tiger handseal can be sustained and the water manipulated and used. The technique can also be used from nearby water sources, including low rank water techniques, for the same effect. Due to the immense control needed, the technique is considered a highly advanced use of water release, requiring the user to possess a primary water specialty to use.

Note: Can only be used by Water Primary Specialists.

As the smaller Saiken attacks, Saiken itself will use its acidic body to its advantage. Using its tails just like its smaller version, it would sweep 3 of its tails from left to right dragging it across the ground. The tails would aim to slam into Akujin and sweep him towards the smaller Saiken. If connected, this will do 80 damage due to the acid covering its body. In all, Akujin would have an attack coming from above and one from his right with the Smaller Saiken on his left.
Akujin had sent his message towards Madara, relaying his location and the situation to his master. It didn't take long for the Bijuu in front of him to exert its force, weakening the Tengu in the process as a massive rain began, burning his skin. A weight tolling on him, Akujin watched as the massive slug created a giant creation of itself that rushed forward while the beast itself swung a powerful foot forward. As Akujin attempted to move forward, he noticed a reduction of his speed and watched the beast as he received a telepathic message from Madara.

"That'll be all, Akujin."

Understanding the message, Akujin placed the sword back in his sheath as the beast slams into him, shredding his body. His Master was alerted and would soon be on his way. If needed, he would return. If not, then perhaps Madara's plans have succeeded. Either way, the Tengu was prepared to follow his master's command. As he passed slowly, he smiled feebly knowing the 6 Tails would soon join him in sleep.

Arriving from here, Madara finds Akujin defeated and dead, the results of facing a powerful Bijuu by itself. The Tengu hadn’t had the power needed to do it on his own, Madara knew this but it still bothered him to see the creation defeated. Spending high amounts of chakra, Madara revives the Tengu and places High Heaven by into his hand.

“Now, lets go handle this tailed beast.” Forming a short string of seals, Madara summons Akuryo the Tengu beside him before progressing forward. LLM.

Description: Initially, a technique first created and used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (who used it to create the nine tailed beasts), Creation of All Things is the core basic yet purer form of Yin-Yang Release and pertains to the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness followed by the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, breathing life into form. Essentially, this technique allows one to create beings out of ones imagination. These beings are alive, self suficient and real. However, without the powers of Hagoromo, a normal master of Yin-Yang Release's usage of the technique pales and one cannot create something as a Bijuu. Even in his case, he needed to use the chakra of the Shinju to create the 9 Bijuu, so even in battle he is limited in the use of the technique. In Narutobase RP, however, one can create 1 living being, never bigger than 3x the size of the creator, that has the following abilities:
  • Can use 3 of the elements the creator knows (including AEs and/or CEs)
  • Can use one of the following: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, a Clan's HA, KG/KT, an Advanced Ninjutsu (Sound, Poison, etc), or universal ability (Fuuinjutsu, Iryo Ninjutsu, Yin-Yang Release, etc), a mode (SM, SHB, etc.) as long as the creator knows it
  • Has a chakra reserve of max 2000 points and a health pool of 150 points as well as one non Extra or Apex Specialty
  • Can use all techniques the creator knows of the fields it is able to use
  • Can be sentient or not, with human levels of inteligence or not, including power of speech and a mental link to the creator
  • Can have one of the following Passive Traits/Skills: Chakra Sensory, Increased Damage by +20, Genjutsu Immunity, Seal-less/Source-less Elemental Ninjutsu, 40 Physical or Spiritual Damage Reduction, 1.5x Sage Speed, Chakra Transfer, Fuuinjutsu Immunity, Single Base Element Immunity, x4 Tracking
  • Will have the physical abilities of the traits of the form created (for example, if it has wings, it can fly, etc etc) but it cannot be human nor the same as a real animal (has to, in some way, be unique and different from existing creatures)
It will also abide to the following restrictions:

  • The creation will stay in the fight even if the creator dies (in RP terms, if you die and your creation is still alive and wins, you win the fight and can continue in the event playing with your creation).
  • The creator can only have one creation per bio at any given time.
  • The creation will be initially formed at the end of the Yin-Yang training, serving as a rite of passage of Yin-Yang Mastery, after which it will need to be stated in the bio that has it and the user will always enter the field with it.
  • The creation is alive and as such can be killed, healed, poisoned, attacked with gentle fist, etc as any other living thing in Narutoverse and, in terms of NB RPG, suffers all basic restrictions that fall upon a ninja. It cannot, however, be revived with the Edo Tensei technique though if it dies, the creator can use the Creation of All Things technique to revive it once during the battle.
  • Creations cannot be done during a fight but can be done in any RP thread, be it a training thread or an RP NW thread.
  • It cannot have "absolute" traits such as being considered immortal or only existing in Limbo. It is a real, living, flesh and bone being that has the abilities listed above.
  • Cannot have a Doujutsu, Shikotsumyaku, Souma no Ko, Jikūkan or learn to open the Eight Inner Gates.
Note: Can only be used by Yin-Yang Masters.

Description: The user forms a short string of hand seals and summons Akuryō the Tengu to the field. Akuryō is noted to be quicker than his counterparts, moving at speeds equal to that of the average Sage. Akuryō is also an accomplished and skilled swordsmen, being able to use any of the user's none elemental Kenjutsu unless he has mimicked the canon skill for it. In addition to this basic ability, Akuryō has access to two unique skills special to himself. The first of the two is related to his ability to bond with his summoner, allowing him to have an accelerated progress. However, because this bond allows them to access and share Spiritual techniques quicker, this as a result causes any Yang and Physical Energy related skills to take longer to be mimicked or replicated. This translates into the ability to utilize spiritual based skills such as Ronin Kenjutsu, Yin Release, Genjutsu and associated Kekkei Genkei after 2 turns while Samurai Techniques, Yang Release, Taijutsu and associated Hidden Abilities/Kekkei Genkei require 4 turns to access. Abilities unrelated to these will take the same amount of time as normal to utilize. His second unique skill applies towards his usage of Tengubi. Inverting the two properties granted, Akuryō's usage allows his Tengubi to deal doubling damage per turn in exchange for a static chakra reduction rate of 5 per turn. This means the damage dealt per turn will not remain 5 and will instead double each turn. However, because of this effect and it's more solid state, his Tengubi does not have the ability to alter it's intangibility and damage dealt can be healed via Yang or Yin.
Note: Can only be summoned once by Tengu Contract signers.

What a sight to behold. Perhaps the crown jewel of all of Kamiyasumi as far as architecture went. They headed inside the massive temple after having passed the giant walls surrounding it where the Cedar Forest did not. As if reliving old memories, the resurrected one lying on Alucard's back had a momentary bliss. She attempted to speak but her mouth was too dry, a symptom of having been raised from the dead with earth style perhaps. Alucard put her down and used his chakra to create a small stream of drinkable water to run out from his finger tip. She came to, now able to produce words. With a resenting voice she started to cry out loud. Their voices echoed in the silent stone temple.

Who dares bringing back the dead?! To a place like this nonetheless.. I beg you, let me go back to forever sleep..

Alucard simply nodded and prepared to ask his questions. In the meantime, Lilith and Adelaide goofed around in the background. Both of them too creeped out by the dead person talking.

There was another thing i mentioned to him that made him demand my immediate departure. Whoever made this artifact knew we were in possession of it, which is odd since it had been resting in a tomb deep under the sea for generations. They are also in possession of some paracasual golden mist power.

The resurrected sighed. Her eyes narrowed and she looked towards the soil as if she knew her time had come.

Because the monks are now afraid of their lives. Believe me when i say this. The answers will come for you, for what chases you will be your end as they possess Anutu.

Her last sentence was that of pure fear. A dead person being afraid of something meant it was serious. With slippering control over her body, she started to decay and fade into the earth once again. Alucard looked up, he was hunted by an ancient force yet the first thing that came to his mind was "Neat". He decided to linger here for the moment and see if there was something in the ancient temple he could use for more intel on the crusader. The girls had at this point made their way into the sanctum far inside the temple. Without the need to proceed, he tapped into his daughters mind.

Look for the Crusader while ya'll in there.
Meanwhile, he went outside into the fresh moonlight. It had rained while they were inside the temple and exotic animals made noises in the distant Cedar forest. Suddenly the momentary calm was shredded. Lilith had found something.

I've found some carvings of what you described father. They are.. quite grim.

He returned inside the temple, looking with some remorse over the small pile of soil that once was the woman he had talked with. When he finally reached the point where Lilith was he observed her findings. In the dark, a large humanoid cladded with armor and wielding a sword as thick as a tree trunk on his back surrounded in something that looked like a cloud. It had to be it. With it were some hieroglyphs that they could not translate on the spot but took notes off of. Other places were carved in the stone walls, places he recognized.
That's the sea.. Maybe.. C'mon!
