[Discussion] Lost Power in 690?

So obviously both Naruto and Sasuke are missing their seals Hagoromo gave them and I'm assuming that the seals were only a one time thing since right after Naruto and Sasuke touch Kaguya the next panel shows Hagaromo with their hand seals.

Now here's my problem with this is that I feel it was implied that they lost all of their powers since the next panel implies Hagaromo retrieved them. This would be supported because when Naruto tosses Black Zetsu into the Chibaku Tensei it shows him without his Bijuu Sage eyes.

But Sasuke is still shown with his Sharinnegan after they seal Kaguya while Naruto is missing his eyes.

So what's going on, can Naruto turn his Bijuu Sage powers on and off because I thought Naruto was going to keep it forever due to the fact that he had the same eyes in 672 without the Bijuu mode activated.

And in 673 as well, showing him with the eyes in both regular and Bijuu Mode

This doesn't make sense because if Naruto could turn on and off his Bijuu Sage mode, Sasuke should be able to as well but he can't because it's been shown in chapter 675 that like Kakashi, it's assumed Sasuke must close his eye to preserve chakra and he can't deactivate it.

So what does this mean, a drawing error on Kishi's part? Naruto just has more chakra control? Sasuke is going to be used as Hagoromo's tool since that's what some people are suspecting that Hagaromo will pull a 180 and turn evil? More of dumbass Kishi logic? Did they only lose the seal but Naruto still has his powers, he just can deactivate it? Please leave your comments below. Thank you for taking the time to read this since this is my first serious post on here and it was just bothering me. I apologize if it wasn't made like how most theorists create their posts on this forum.

In the last panel that shows Sasuke's Sharinnegan eye, it's just from a far point so it's harder to notice the tomoe, Kishi has been doing it a lot with Sasuke.

So you're saying that it's more of an artistic thing rather than a chakra control thing or anything that actually has to do with the manga? I know there's a lot of fanmade color panels like from ColorKage where it shows Naruto with just his Bijuu Sage Eyes with no Bijuu Mode but his eyes are golden like if he would always been in Sage Bijuu Mode but I disagree with that.

I disagree with that because in 645 it references that during Naruto's meeting with Nagato he combined Sage and Kyuubi power and then later in the chapter he does it again but in his Controlled Kyuubi Chakra mode.

Notice that he has the eye shadow above his eyes, signalling that it is a combination of Sage Mode and Kyuubi mode while after Naruto's meeting his Hagoromo, he has no Eye shadow above the eyes. This means that Naruto's new eyes are a new power and not the same power as earlier.

So unless Naruto's eyes as you said are a artistic note from Kishi to symbolize him defeating his enemies with his power alone and without the help of Nature, the Bijuu, or the Sage this would not make any sense. Naruto's new power is obviously something different from him before he was killed by Madara.

The only thing that they lost were the hand seals.

Everything else, they still have but just deactivated it.

I'm as confused and frustrated as you are, but i think we can only confirm all these in the coming chapters.
