Anyone else feel similar?

This series has become to much sharingan, rinnegan and sage stuff imo and the other stuff seems to have become pretty much irrelevant.

The story used to be so incredibly rich with a wide variety of characters and clans (i loved that), but those seem to have been left behind in the dark, with a big pile of dust on it.

Still interested in lee and his ninja pals though lol.

Anyone got some tips to help me regain interest in the naruto series?

Regain interest?

Kishi did say every character was going to have a moment soon.

I would wait a little longer before you make that judgement

Honestly, I have no interest in those less developed characters such as Lee and Shino. I think things have become really interesting lately.

Don't watch it for a long time, 6 months is good. Come back to it again. Thats what I did, I didn't like Naruto and didn't watch for 1 year.

Yes, I feel the same, but with the newest revelation, I found some passion yet again.

But seriously, the Sharingan has made me want to literally throw up a few times. And the Jinchuriki. And the power imbalance. And the lack of characters/clans from season one.

Same here, screw the sharingan. Sasori's originality is unparalleled :scorps:

I just want it to finish, not last in 3 more years. Better with a good end then dragged end

how can you not enjoy madara playing with the kages? >.<

To be honest I find that to be the worst fight in the entire series. Well, maybe with the exception of Naruto vs Kiba.

My interest hasn't lessen a bit. I still find it interesting and the plot is still appealing to me, but I guess not everyone feels the same ^^;
I can't give you any tips, sorry.

Wow really?? Ill admit, i stopped reading for the longest time after the pein vs naruto fight and then started reading again about where the kages meet for the summit, and since then its gotten really really interesting. I personally havent found any problems with the battles so far. (Except perhaps that some were more drawn out than I would have liked, although thats probs cuz i couldnt care less about those battles, im only interested in the main ones.)

Well, Hashirama is the right path. Walk to the Will of Fire, not the Will of Emo!

Anyways, this is the way the series was going since the beginning. I honestly think Kishimoto has a good 90 percent of the story and details writen in a blueprint or in his mind. He changes little things due to pressure from his bosses (Such as when Tsunade was supposed to fight with Nagato), but overall the story remains intact. Obviously Orochimaru was after the Rinnegan to begin with and wanted to be sage, but we didn't know back then. It all became bloodlines the moment Haku came into light.
