Losing abilities post war?

I hope both Naruto and Sasuke lose these new powers they will get. I am sure they will. But even after that they are still way too strong for their ages. I still hope after the war they lose even more power, like Naruto releases Kuruma and Sasuke could lose one of his eyes.

If you think about it, they are just too damn powerful and their just 17, I understand you are supposed to surpass the previous generation but these guy have completely gone overboard with that. The next generation is screwed lol

Even with all that power lose, they would still be pretty damn strong and they would have the rest of their lives to get stronger.

So yeah, your thoughts on this matter?

Disagree, this isn't just a simple case of current generations surpassing previous. pretty special case with prophesied chosen ones. they should keep their powers, though i can fathom naruto freeing the tailed beast, if they want to be free. they like him so they may not opt to leave. may want to stay with him since he remind them of the sage.

there is no point in him keeping them aside from them not wanting to leave, and thats only in reference to the bijuu. hopefully they can leave and get their own island or something to not be bothered.

he's ashura's incarnation until he dies tho, so whatever new abilities he inherited from that i'm sure are going nowhere.

When characters talk about generations surpassing formers, they mean in morals.

So what if they are strong who cares? they shoul stay that way just insane another bad person pop's up later on they can take care of them..
