That's why I've been saying Sasuke should have stuck with the EMS instead of giving him the Rinnegan. Kishi should have made the EMS stronger and grant new abilities.

I also just think the EMS looks a lot more badass than the rinnegan

maybe Kishimoto need glasses (or his assistants in charge of the coloring or both) because in chapter 700 the colors went totally off the charts, Ino was platinum blonde before and in this chapter, her hair are freaking apricot

Hinata's is a lighter blue.

Sasuke's is much darker than Hinata's but there was always a hint of blue.

I would say though that Kishi made it more obvious in this new pic.

The blue probably shows when reflecting light, look at the second pic you posted.
