Lord Sasuke performed a Fireball Jutsu WITH only 1 hand

So Far:

Madara, Obito, and Itachi all needed two hands to form a seal to use a Jutsu

Sasuke did it with 1 hand. That's Insane level and mastery of chakra manipulation and control.

Sasuke = Greatest Chakra Controller

Keep in mind im referring to Jutsu not given by special abilities or powers (KKG) etc...
