sasuke is smart enought to handle both of them.Amaterasu is instant ko.Alot of people never seen that attack ,so sasuke just have to use it and it end.Susano is the best defense resangan cannot penetrate or any jutsu( we saw that againse edo madara vs naruto resangan).Susano arrow is also an instant ko

you are overating sasuke alot. oro substitution skills would easily avoid amaterasu and jiraiya would outrun amaterasu in sage mode. Jiraiyas intelligence would find the weak spot to sasukes sussanoo and he will rasegan sasuke into oblivion while oro sits back and laughs.

Amatetasu dose not work on Orochimaru. And its not the fact that i am defending Orochimaru it is the fact the i DESPISE Sasuke.
