Many have speculated that it is Orochimaru coming out of the Infinite Tsukiyomi. They're reasoning.... well, he's Orochimaru.

Now, the probability that this is Orochimaru --- or anyone for that matter is extremely slim.

BUT, I've noticed how everyone is calling bullshit on Kaguya being the FV. Maybe Kishi knew some fans would ***** like this and plans to alleviate it by making Orochimaru the main villain!

Now, if it IS Orochimaru and he IS still evil, how can he become the main villain?! Well, herp derps, remember this .... ?!!

Yeeaaah boy! That theory which had Edo Madara with Curse Mark on his body? Maybe he really did and now that Kaguya is coming through Madara's body, Orochimaru will use this moment and steal Kaguya's body!!! That way, everyone wins!

You got the original villain from Naruto returning in a body that is essentially better than Sauce's and Kaguya disappears (albeit this plan would take a few chapters of Plot No Jutsu) after wiping out Maddy!

Could it be possible that the curse seal he used on Spiral can be used to resurrect Oro? Technically Oro had a Zetsu body at the time, so the DNA needed to revive him would be present.

WHILE Kaguya wasn't even mentioned before the war arc therefore she's a MYSTERIOUS character (!)
I'd rather see a mysterious character in the main villain spot than an early part2 fodder who only stayed alive because Kishi needed a comedic character who hypes Sasuke

I said a similar idea except it's he takes Obito's dead body from Zetsu since Zetsu is gonna focus on Madara he may let loose Obito. Oro gets double Kamui, which everyone agrees is op, and gets Susano'o since he has 2 ms. He'd be leaving a Zetsu body he may have a way to keep some dna, that would give him Uchiha and Senju thus awakening his own Rinnegan. Boom final villain material.

Please explain to me how Orochimaru is fodder. I'm just dying to hear you try to explain yourself on how the man who was toying around with a demon of rage and hatred while sick and dying and almost completely Jutsuless, the man who perfected Edo Tensei which is easily one of the most powerful Jutsu in existence, the man who made Death his b*tch, is fodder.

Unlike Itachi, Orochimaru is still alive and can still be a threat if Kishimoto decides to take that route with him. Orochimaru is a wild card Kishimoto can pull out when ever he desires.
