Nope not every ninja has stole powers but every ninja has a technique that they either made themselves or were taught it. Only a couple we know of stole powers( kabuto, orochimaru and madara and obito. I love madara but i admit he stole powers to get to where hes at now. He still solos all tho.

Remember the origins of chakra (Juubi tree, etc.) that's what I'm talking about when I'm saying all ninjas have stolen chakra. And spread your love for Lord Madara.

this is true...madara fans know h isnt going to win in the end becaus veryone loses even someone as powerful as him will lose, the thing is how he will lose...someone of his power isnt going to get ther ass beat because its nearly impossible, which will keep his title as the most powerful we have ever seen in battle, and his lose wont taint his powerful image unlike nagato giving his life or itachi givivng his life up for sasuke's advancement...
