Now quick rant....WHY IS IT THAT THIS FILLER HAS BETTER ANIMATION/ART THAN 80% OF THE WAR ARC

This arc is only 4 episodes long. There's no way they can animate 100+ episodes which is the war arc in Excellent animation . It's impossible . However there are many episodes in the war arc that have the same excellent animation of Sasuke shinden
