Best DBZ Villain i liked was Vegeta when he was a bad guy, and after that cell only because he was smart.

I like the way Freeza goes about his villainy. His flamboyance. His absolutely flamboyant cruelty. He was one of the first true villains I've seen. Completely selfish and completely irredeemable.
And how he coldly killed Vegeta at his most open and sensitive moment... And how he killed Dende, a mere child... Freeza was a complete monster, and he was sentient, unlike Kid Buu. Freeza enjoyed murder, and he did what he did for his own personal amusement.

i liked cooler i liked his cockyness but my favourite dbz villain has to go to cell just because how much effort he put into becoming perfect he did so much from go back in time to wait stalemate for 4 years just to get the androids and all cell wanted was to test his own power he wanted to prove he was the best i also like cell because he wasnt born into a strong family (the colds frieza,cooler,king cold,) or created with amazing power like buu he actually knew what it was like to be weaker than your opponent and lose fights his character was perfect the series should have ended with the cell saga that would have been perfect
