Lord itachi is up there in atleast top 7-9 he gets underatted i swear i try to re watch his fights because hes one of my favs but all of em last bout 10 seconds lol when every other character takes atleast like 40 min until the factor of the fight is decided itachi ends it before it starts he truly is impatient

It's easy to end a fight in 10 seconds when you are way stronger than your opponent or when you have massive help on your side.

Put Konohomaru against academy students and he'll end them in less than 10 seconds. So ending fights quickly =/= anything alone, it all depends on who was fought.

However, Hebi Sasuke and SM KAbuto's fight lasted for quite a while and Itachi had some massive perks in the last one.

Itachi isn't top 10 even if we exclude characters we haven't seen fight like hagoromo, indra/asura.

There's no way living itachi is beating DSM Kabuto when edo tensei Itachi dies twice with Sasuke on his team.
