Well, in the anime he compares Kurama's chakra with the whole shinobi alliance, not just his alone. He says something like, he can't believe Naruto has just as much chakra as "us" (Because he was sharing his chakra withe whole alliance).

How is it full Kurama if Yang Kurama ran out of chakra and had to borrow from his other side? Minato had already been using Yin Kurama's chakra:hmm:

All the chakra cloaks that were being passed down by full kurama to the alliance holds the same volume as sm Hashirama.

No shinobi alive has the same density and chakra quantity as a nine tailed fox, or any beast for that matter.

It says he has level greater than tsunade byakugou in the databook, or it could mean her base form. But the manga conflicts with this, because Sakura showed more chakra, so maybe he has poor chakra control.....even though he was a medic....I don't think he was though

You do know that both of their chakra comes from ashura, right? In that sense their amounts of chakra should be equal. It probably just took time to get it to that level as Naruto matured

hashirama's chakra volume is so much that he can use ninja art of regeneration techecnique without even weaving sign, a technique that tsunade had to spend time building a reserve pool to activate the regeneration technique using byakugo. where as sakura even spent 3 years building this reservoir. all am saying his chakra might be more than kisame's and he was refered to as the tailess tailed beast and for good reason. they way i saw it was he hashirama was thinking it was just naruto's chakra he later realised that there's also kurama's chakra in the mix.
