When byakugo is unlimited there is no limitations to the regeneration. Any damage done to Tsunade would be healed since she wouldn't have to worry about losing chakra over it.
Byakugo is activated way faster than SM, and that time is enough for Tsunade to take Jiraiya down.

I believe any sannin take Danzo in 1 vs 1. His best option would be recruiting one of them though, and then I'm not sure who'd win.

If this was indeed the case, then Pein would have did the same exact thing. She would have to anticipate the technique in order to devise such a counter, otherwise she sinks. The execution determines on if the opponent is stuck or not, and I'm fairly sure he understands how simple it is to walk on top of it. He makes sure (via proper execution) by the time she applies chakra to her feet, she's already ankle deep in swamp muck.

Except Pain has never shown that ability when Tsuande already did. I don't even know why are you bringing him in this discussion to begin with.

The ability to proficiently control his chakra to the point where he can walk on walls, and other substances? Yes, he has. Did it stop the swamp from binding him? Not at all. It doesn't matter if she has the chakra control of the gods, unless she can gather chakra in her feet prior to landing on the swamp, then chakra control is irrelevant. . .Pein proved this.

It doesn't have to be instant. After she's submerged past the point of her feet, she's done for.

Kuchiyose no jutsu works. Then it'll be Katsuyu stuck and Tsunade would be standing on it, also, Tsunade can also summon a smaller Katsuyu to do this and thus her chakra won't be depleted all that much.

She'd have to know the swamp was coming in order to do this. With knowledge, this is certainly a plausible method.

Yomi numa does slow her down though, but not for that long.
