If I remember correctly there's a panel that states Itachi was already going blind and that's why he had his 3-Tomoe Sharingan activated almost all the time. To make up for the fact that in base form he couldn't see.

Kakashi knew ms blinds the user because he stated it in the encounter with chiyo/sakura /naruto when he talked to itachi, sauske was goin blind so fast due to overusing his eyes, if you wanna look up the scans go check there im on my phone so im not tryin to link that shit from this lol

What about Obito? He has been using his MS for probably more than 20 years now. And not just that, he uses them in almost every fight. Yet he doesn't seem to have any problems with his sight yet.

Or have i missed something? Is there some special reason why he doesn't go blind. I guess he has a whole lot of hashirmas cells, could that be why he hasn't gotten blind yet?

Tsukyomi: 3 times
Amaterasu: 2-3 times
Susanoo: 1

Sasuke:
Tsukyumo: once
Amaterasu: around 5+ times
Susanoo: So many times that it was just crazy. And susanoo is the one that deteriorates eyesight the most.

Yes i see now it all makes sense why Itachi didn't go blind even though he uses his MS in nearly every battle .....
Sasuke was just being arrogant with his powers And used Susanoo and Amatrasue in every battle since he got the MS so i agree with you.....
