Naruto isn't holding back anymore. He already mentioned for the sake of the fight, he didn't want to lose.

Yeah, but he also said he didn't want to beat Sasuke at his current state either. So he isn't going at it with the same intention as Sasuke.

Sasuke said naruto was running out of chakra before one of his clones stored up ALOT of Senjutsu chakra even Naruto was suprised by how much he got. Naruto and Sasuke may still be equal because you have to remember that Naruto has 9 bijuu chakra/Senjutsu/6paths chakra
Sasuke only had his rinnegan/6paths chakra now its 3 powerups vs 3 power ups

how has is he nerfing sasuke? , kishi gave another up to sasuke's susanoo and not shit to naruto, that's not even fair ,why does sasuke get a powerup naruto but losing chakra , holding back , and didn't getting no powerup?
