Danzo's Sharingan eye was covered when he fell for Sasuke's genjutsu. Like i've said, in part1, Kakashi said only him could counter Itachi's genjutsu because he also has Sharingan and Itachi validated that claim, but said tsukuyomi was different

Obito was known to take control over a perfect Jin. He also killed Konon with genjutsu. i'm pretty sure His genjutsu prowess is powerful enough to Catch kakashi in it.

Obito trained under Madara and the Sharingan can do whatever the plot needs it to at any given time, this is just a different kind of Sharingan genjutsu if that is what Kishi wants it to be.
