I would appreciate if you could provide me with links to the following PLEASE

~ How to put dashed border on an avatar

~ How to make a pop out signature

~ How to add a no borders signature

Any helps is appreciated and I need this for GIMP. Thank you.

When making the avatar just press ctrl+A then follow it from step 8 to make a dashed border. ^^

I don't get what your trying to ask for with this one "How to add a no borders signature" xd Do you mean where they have a thick border on the top and bottom of the signature? o.o

I hope the other two links help you. ^^

The second is good but the 1st one doesn't tell me how to do the border for an avy.

No it doesn't but it's the same steps as to make a border for a avatar xd
All you need to do is make a new layer press ctrl+A (or just click select>select all) then go edit>Stroke Selection then you will see a menu come up leave it on stroke line then click the line style then click dashed patten and there is a few styles on the like dashed and doted just click dashed then just click okay then that's the border done. ^_^
