Looking for some good anime....need some recommendations...

Hmmm.....i am looking for some short anime, buut i am completely stuck and clueless, soo i need some recommendations...hmmm....okay, i have some clues, i am looking for one that has 1-25 episodes, that would be perfect, buut i guess it's okay as long as it's not longer than 50 episodes. Alsoo every kind of anime is welcome, can be action, love story, sad anime...or whatever...soo please give me some anime, some recommendations, and please, with anime name, if joo don't mind, describe in few words, what's anime about....

S-Cry-Ed is pretty good, Samurai Champloo, Paranoia agent, those are all I can think of. But they're all in the 20 episode area haha.

Soul Eater. 51 eps, but listen. The anime goes into filler around 35ish and ends completely at 51. The manga is ongoing and is my all time favorite, so give it a look. It's action, badass, kind of like a Tim Burton anime if he ever made one, and is very funny. It can be serious too. It's amazing.

Death Note-37 eps. Beautiful mind game/suspense real life based anime, but with Shinigami dropping a book that allows you to kill. It's really worth watching.
