Descripton: After striking the ground with his/her hands, the user overturns the earth, causing it to rise up around his opponents. Then by placing his/her hands against the dome, the user is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it into his/her own body. At the same time the user will use his own chakra to spread throughout the dome. This allows the user to repair any damage his/her opponents manage to inflict on the inside.
note: The user must stay in contact with the dome, inorder to suck the opponent's chakra andto keep repairing it.
and my other clone is ready to push me away in situation of danger

Your clone can't simply push you out of the way of "Rain of Stars". The technique has such a wide range and doesn't just strike in one area. It strikes in multiple areas in the entire battlefield, so you take that attack.
And the earth dome was also broken by rain of stars

and since it is a dual element that is stronger than the fire tornados, it blasts through them and goes to you. (note that it hits every tornado because it is like a huge wave in all directions)
Also in this situation it is wind+fire vs. lightning+fire and I am aware of lightning's weakness to wind, however the wind element would be negated by the fire element and it would leave lightning and fire, which my lightning far surpasses the limits of the pheonix flower
Then I punch you in the face while putting a seal on your chest (but the seal isn't doing anything now).
