Looking for character.

I don't know if anyone will be able to sort this out for me, but I'd really appreciate it if you could. I'm looking for a character that I specifically remember being from a video game, that had to do with dragons i think. He looked pretty badass (That's legitimately a source) he had a beard, a double edged sword, looked pretty grizzly. Another notable feature is that he had a fur collar, and was sitting around a bunch of skulls. Idk if this was a Photoshopped feature but one of his eyes were also glowing red. Idk what game it was, i was thinking Dragon Age but i didn't find him.

Garret Hawke is in fact from Dragon Age.

He's the main protagonist of Dragon Age 2.
A simply Google search was enough for me to find him.
