Description: This sword was built precisely for smoke users so they could battle efficiently. This sword has the elements of a wrist launcher mechanism attached to its base which can be operated through chakra to produce smoke and shoot smoke bombs. It’s main special is its ability for the bladed area to separate into shards and reattach itself, which is also initiated by the users chakra. When activated the blade will seperate into many shards as the smoke is released from within the blade to surround them creating a B rank smoke ninjutsu based attack against the enemy. The shards from that blade, which are each about the size of a small shuriken will move about within the smoke surrounding them to slash and strike everything that comes in contact with the smoke up to mid range of the user. Moreover, the shards work well with smokes lack of physical presence by traveling in the path the user wants the smoke containing the shards to go in. The shard will reattach in the original form of the blade when the user stops this ability.

-The ability is only usable 4 times per battle

He was classified as extremely dangerous; nonetheless he was sent out with another group of ninjas to find him and kill him dead or alive then out of the shadows Sasuke suddenly appeared walking with those bloodstained hands of his. Ragna lit his cigar and smirked.

“Lets dance.”

Hardening the grass just behind Sasuke he made them like lethal senbons. He then shot them at the back of Sasuke’s ankles preventing movement as this would most certainly injure his Achilles.

While Sasuke would deal with that Ragna created a smoke clone (R1) using released smoke from his blade and then a lightning clone on the other side. The smoke was released toward his right giving him the ability to view what was happening. The lightning clone. L1 was on his left

As the grass just starts going into Sasuke's ankles his whole body turns into water allowing the grass senbon to go right through his body. The senbon would just have barely pierced him making a slight discomfort in his ankle but not enough to stop his movements.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

As soon as that happens Sasuke does the Tiger sign and manipulates his chakra releasing it into the atmosphere around him to create several ghost-like flames resembling heads with horns and yellow eyes that then attack you and your clones in a swarm.

Ragna watched as Sasuke escaped his first sneak attack as the grass senbons went right through him. He noticed the activated Sharigan and the demonic flaming head closing in around them. The clones backed up a little ways while the lightning clone began performing his five handseals so that by the time they were from the outer edge in closer in towards Ragna who then clapped his hands and channeled his Suiton chakra around them to form a cascading vortex to erase the demonic heads the lightning clone simultaneously released a wave of Raition chakra into the wave making it much stronger than the average C rank water jutsu and causes it to continue towards Sasuke in a simultaneous water lightning combo. While he dealt with that Ragna manipulated the ground beneath Sasuke to have an adhesive like mud property. The swamp was virtually bottomless and was attempting to drag down Sasuke if the Suiton jutsu did not get to him first.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
