Looking back at Zombie Combo VS Kakashi and Team 10 what if?

What if kakuzu didn't focus his time on choji, ino and mostly kakashi, but instead immediately killed shikamaru because of his shadow possession jutsu before shikamaru tricked hidan? How would the fight have changed if kakuzu managed to keep his partner hidan at his side?
How would this double duo last against the reinforcements that joined team 10 and kakashi?

They would have still lost once naruto and yamato arrived. There was also the possibility of kakashi using kamui snipe on kakuzu
