Since some were disappointed with Sasuke's physical form not changing much, I decided to post this little piece I found a while ago. Perhaps he could still achieve something like this. Enjoy.

Maybe. But the cloak seems more fit Naruto as he is a body component of Hago. If anything, Sasuke's Susanoo should be the one with considerable changes.

Looks lamer than Naruto , Sauske doesn't need to be cover in fireworks to look cool , his surroundings is Susanoo & already looks cool , Naruto looks all the help he can get .

It is a bit generic, but I think the artist was on to something. I probably wouldn't have changed it and instead added things on such as the curse mark 2's long hair as others mentioned to make him resemble Indra and Madara more, as well as the susano'o gem on his forehead, genji armor and life size versions of totsuka blade, magatama beads and yata mirror. He could wear the yata mirror as a buckler on one wrist and the magatama beads around either the other wrist or as earrings and duel wield his kusanagi, streamed with amaterasu with the totsuka blade.
