How do you know that for sure?! It's impossible to conclude if Hashirama was in his prime. If you refer to the clone... It should be obvious as it is a clone.

It wasn't being used only to relate Hashirama and Tsunade... It showed that a mere clone couldn't stand against Madara. It showed Madara was a far stronger than he was alive.

You have missed all the point of these pages. You have read the pages with a lot of fanboyism. The facts are as follows:

First, Hashirama was told that Madara was responsible of the whole infinite Tsukyomi. However, Hashirama was sure that he killed Madara during their battle. Thus he wondered during his flashback how Madara could still be alive.

Now, in the first page you showed, Hashirama clone noticed that Madara is actually an eco tense. Thus, he intended to say, "Madara, you have also been revived". You just had to connect the flashback to this chapter, be a simple reader in order to see the fact.

Finally, Hashirama saying that he has problem seeing who is Madara's real body is not sign of being weak. He simply does not have Sharingan or rinnegan. Besides, up to now, you should have noticed that the only one who Hashirama judged stronger than him is Juubito.
