Does gun control limit the second amendment to owners of guns?

hmmmm... yes and no. "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." As it states the second amendment is the right to keep and bear arms. However I feel there should be some restrictions, if we just let any older person have a gun it could lead to violent things. I feel as long as there is a background check and an age requirement etc (and of course as long as that checks out) the person should be able to have a gun.

I have a gun. why? for protection, so I can go into the city and hit up some bars and not feel unprotected. Especially since I have had surgery... it makes it hard for me to physicaly run away/fight.

Me myself as a gun owner I can tell you no it doesn't, do you know how many out of the country counterfeit gun makers there are and places you can find it? It's not about making gun laws stricter it's about teaching people why taking advantage in any situation is wrong you'd have a healthy community if you unified behavior then separated state of minds.
