Yes you can use that Signature. However, do not link others sites please. Its against the rules.

Go to your UserCP then Edit Signature and then introduce that signature with the [IMG][/IMG] code wrapping the link. Don't forget you need the link to the picture, not the link to the page where the picture is. The link to the picture will end in .png or .jpg or .gif or something similar.
