So in this chapter (603) , we have seen that Obito's Hair getting longer as time passes.

So i guess this concludes to discussions that who Itachi met? Or can we expect something entirely surpsing in coming chapters?

Nah I think Obito is definitely the one who helped during the Uchiha Massacre, I doubt he was the masked man responsible for manipulating the Mizukage though, the timeline doesn't fit.

yeah i was thinking something along those lines but he could also have been the guy kisame met..kisame couldnt have known how madara looked so he believed it since no-other uchiha were rogue

Yeah, I thought that but there is only on thing, Itachi seemed to be able to distinguish between Madara and Tobi, but then again he could have always been lying about fighting with Madara.

Why didn't it fit? Tobi has always been suspected to be Obito, in fact he's probably the only person that ever made sense, if your talking about the whole age thing he's been wearing a mask this whole time, how can anyone tell how old he is without seeing his face? The reason why I said the timeline doesn't fit it because Zabuza was stated to have around the same age as Kakashi & Obito and he defected from the Hidden Mist after slaughtering the Academy students and tryin to assassinate the Mizukage meaning it probably happened around the time Obito was training underground.

Your making alot of assumptions there the only facts that we know are that the 4th Mizukage was controlled by Obito at some point and since Madara is practically dead we must assume that it is Obito. When Obito shows his face to Kisame he states that he is Madara then he shows himself again later in the series to Kisame and Kisame aoutomatically realizes who he is based on his Sharingan and his disfigured face. I never said I belived the timeline for Obito didn't fit it was just the delusional ranting on the Base from fanboys who didnt want to believe, it was meant to be sarcastic. Sorry it didn't take

Actually, he did state facts. It's a fact that Zabuza is 29 years old and that he graduated at the age of 9. That's 20 years ago. Obito is 30 years old, the same age as Kakashi, and the mission to Kanabi Bridge took place 17 years ago. That's a gap of three years, at least. In fact, it's probably even wider since it's implied that Mist's infamous exam had been going on for a while before Zabuza's actions forced it to change.

From everything we know...Obito can -not- be the person who began the Bloody Mist Era. While I don't think it's in doubt that he took control of Yagura eventually since he would later meet Kisame, the facts are against Obito being the original instigator.

^^^ this. the ages simply don't match, maybe Obito took over afterwards and the original instigator was Madara (?)

though the current chapter gives some reason behind the Blood Mist period; perhaps Obito was really spiteful about Rin...? but again the ages don't really match.

Well that may be I am not saying its not but most people are using the fact that he didn't start the Bloody mist era as proof that he wasn't the one controlling Yagura other than that point I can't really disagree with that unless there is some other explanation in the manga
